ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում շարունակվում է Սպիտակում երկու մանկահասակ երեխաների սպանության եւ 45-ամյա կնոջ մահվան դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը։
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ հաշվի առնելով դեպքի նկատմամբ հասարակության մեծ հետաքրքրությունը՝ տեղեկացնում ենք, որ քննիչի մասնակցությամբ կատարված դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության նախնական տվյալների համաձայն՝ երեխաների մահվան պատճառ է հանդիսացել մեխանիկական ասֆիքսիան, որն առաջացել է կոշտ առարկայով պարանոցների օրգանների սեղմման հետեւանքով։ Իսկ 45-ամյա կնոջ՝ Մ.Հովհաննիսյանի մահվան պատճառ է հանդիսացել կախվելու հետեւանքով առաջացած մեխանիկական ասֆիքսիան։ Ըստ փորձագետների՝ երեխաները մահացել են ավելի վաղ, քան նրանց մայրը։
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 19-ին՝ ժամը 15։10-ի սահմաններում, ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ Սպիտակի բնակելի շենքերից մեկի շքամուտքում կին է ինքնասպան եղել։ Դեպքի վայրում՝ շքամուտքում, հայտնաբերվել է 1971թ. ծնված Մ.Հովհաննիսյանի դին՝ կախված վիճակում, իսկ տանը՝ նրա երկու մանկահասակ՝ 5 եւ 7 տարեկան երեխաները՝ մահացած։
Դեպքի առթիվ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին եւ 110-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով: Իրականացվում են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ՝ դեպքի հանգամանքերը պարզելու, բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ հետազոտումն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ։ Քննությամբ տվյալներ են ձեռք բերվել, որ կինը «դեպրեսիվ սինդրոմ՝ արտահայտված ընկճվածությամբ» ախտորոշմամբ 13.02.2014թ. հաշվառված է եղել Սպիտակի ԲԿ հոգեբուժական կաբինետում եւ նրան հատկացվել են անտիդեպրեսիոն եւ հոգեմետ դեղեր:
