Գիտնականները նախազգուշացնում են, որ տոներին «Ֆեյսբուք»-ում նստելը փչացնում Է տրամադրությունը

 «Ֆեյսբուք»-ում եւ մյուս սոցցանցերում ձեր ընկերների սուրբծննդյան եւ ամանորյա «իդեալական» ընտանեկան ու արձակուրդային լուսանկարները կանոնավորապես դիտելը հազիվ թե ձեզ լիցքավորի տոնական տրամադրությամբ, ավելի շուտ՝ ընդհակառակը, նախազգուշացնում են գիտնականները, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:

Կոպենհագենի համալսարանի գիտնականները հրապարակել են «Կիբեռհոգեբանություն, վարքագիծը եւ սոցիալական ցանցերը» ուսումնասիրության արդյունքները, որոնք բացահայտել են, որ չափազանց հաճախ եւ երկար ժամանակով սոցցանցեր մտնելը կարող Է օգտատերերի մեջ նախանձի զգացում առաջացնել:

Մյուսներին «հետեւելը» հատկապես բացասաբար Է ազդում  լուսանկարների քննարկմանը չմասնակցելու եւ ընկերների հետ իրական շփման բացակայության դեպքում, նախազգուշացնում են հոգեբանները, որոնք հանձնարարում են՝ տոներին ընդհանրապես ձեռնպահ մնալ սոցցանցերն օգտագործելուց:

«Սոցիալական ցանցերի, օրինակ, «Ֆեյսբուք»-ի կանոնավոր օգտագործումը, կարող Է բացասաբար ազդել ձեր հուզական վիճակի եւ կյանքից բավարարվածության զգացողության վրա»,-ասված Է հետազոտության եզրակացության մեջ, որին մասնակցել Է 1300 մարդ, հիմնականում՝ կանայք, նշում Է BBC-ն:  

Դանիացի գիտնականները նախազգուշացնում են, որ երկարատեւ դիտումից եւ սոցցանցերում ուրիշների գրառումների ընթերցումից կարող Է նախանձի զգացում առաջանալ, իսկ տրամադրությունը կարող Է անհուսալիորեն փչանալ «այլ մարդկանց հետ անիրատեսական համեմատությունից»:

Մյուս կողմից՝ սոցցանցեցում լուսանկարների եւ նորությունների քննարկմանը մասնակցելը, ներգրավվածությունը եւ այլ մարդկանց հետ շփումը կարող Է օգուտ բերել, ասում են հետազոտության հեղինակները: Համենայն դեպս, դա Էականորեն ավելի լավ Է, քան «պասիվ հետեւելը»:
