«Ժամանակ». Սերժ Սարգսյանը հայտարարեց՝ փրկվիր ով կարող է

«Ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Սերժ Սարգսյանը նախօրեին ամանորյա ավանդական ընդունելություն է կազմակերպել գործարար համայնքի համար, որի ընթացքում Սարգսյանի հղած գլխավոր ուղերձը երեւի թե եղել է այն, որ գործարարները պետք է իրենք գտնեն Հայաստանի ծանր տնտեսական կացությունից դուրս գալու ելքեր: Իհարկե Սերժ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ նոր կառավարությունը լավ զրուցակից կլինի եւ նաեւ լավ ծառայություններ կմատուցի, սակայն հիմնական մեսիջներն ուղղված են եղել գործարարների նախաձեռնողականության անհրաժեշտությանը:
Այստեղ, իհարկե, իրավիճակը իսկապես հետաքրքիր է, երբ Սերժ Սարգսյանը գործարարներին խորհուրդ է տալիս կամ ուսուցանում է, որ պետք է լինել ավելի փնտրող, նախաձեռնող: Այսինքն՝ մարդիկ, որոնք հենց այդ ամենի շնորհիվ էլ գործարար են, որոնք հայաստանյան դժվարին պայմաններում փորձում են բիզնես անել՝ երբ իշխանությունը սերտաճել է այդ բիզնեսի հետ եւ քաղաքականացնելով ամեն ինչ, ըստ էության արգելափակել բնականոն բիզնեսի եւ տնտեսության զարգացումը, Սերժ Սարգսյանից լսում են, որ պետք է լինել նախաձեռնող: Իրականում, սակայն, Սերժ Սարգսյանն ընդամենը հաղորդում էր նրանց, որ «խեղդվողների փրկության գործը հենց նրանց ձեռքերում է»:
Այսինքն՝ ամանորյա ուղերձով Սերժ Սարգսյանը գործարարներին հայտնում էր, որ իշխանությունը լվանում է ձեռքերը եւ 2017 թվականին նրանցից ամեն մեկն ինքը պետք է տեսնի իր գլխի ճարը, իհարկե չմոռանալով, որ այդ գլուխը գտնվում է այնուամենայնիվ իշխանության ենթակայության ներքո: Սերժ Սարգսյանի այս մեսիջը անսպասելի էլ չէ, քանի որ Հայաստանի իշխանությունն այդ առումով գտնվում է սնանկ վիճակում, ընդ որում՝ բառիս բուն եւ պատկերավոր իմաստով:
Հայաստանի բյուջեն թերակատարվում է մի քանի տասնյակ միլիարդով, պետական պարտքը արդեն գերազանցում է ՀՆԱ-ի 50 տոկոսը, արտաքին ներդրումները մոտ են զրոյին, Հայաստանի իշխանությանը այլեւս բոլորը դիտարկում են ընդամենը ռուսական իշխանության կցորդի, որի հետ գործ ունենալ ոչ ոք չի ուզում, իսկ նոր կառավարության մոտ ոչինչ չի ստացվում, արդեն, նույնիսկ անգամ որակյալ քարոզչությունը: Այս պայմաններում Սերժ Սարգսյանին այլ բան չի մնում, քան հայտարարել բիզնեսի «լողացող կուրս»՝ փրկվիր ով կարող է»:
