«Ժողովուրդ». Թվերը շփոթող փոխոստիկանապետը անցած տարվա ընթացքում բնակարանի առքուվաճառքով է զբաղվել

«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ՀՀ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալ, գնդապետ Սամվել Հովհաննիսյանը անցած տարվա ընթացքում բնակարանի առքուվաճառքով է զբաղվել. նա 30 մլն 109 հազար դրամ արժեքով գնել է բնակարան, իսկ ավելի քան 27 մլն դրամով վաճառել մեկ այլ բնակարան:
Թեեւ մեր երկրում աղքատությունը գնալով մեծանում է, բայց դրան զուգահեռ ՀՀ ոստիկանության բարձրաստիճան այրերի, այս դեպքում՝ փոխոստիկանապետի դրամական միջոցները մեկ տարվա ընթացքում կրկնակի աճել են. այսպես՝ Հովհաննիսյանը 2014 թվականին ունեցել է 14 մլն դրամ, որը 2015 թվականին շեշտակի ավելացել է՝ կազմելով 25.8 մլն դրամ:
Բացի այս՝ նա հայտարարագրել է, որ ունի 450 դոլար եւ 175 եվրո: Իսկ որպես եկամուտ հայտարարագրել է աշխատավարձը, որը ամսական կազմում է ընդամենը 417 հազար դրամ: Գնած բնակարանն էլ գնդապետ Հովհաննիսյանը ձեւակերպել է որպես նվիրատվություն: Թե ով է նվիրել, պարզ չէ:
Հուսանք՝ ոստիկանության պետի տեղակալն իր հայտարարագրած դրամական միջոցների զրոների քանակը չի շփոթել:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հովհաննիսյանը անցած տարի ասուլիսի ժամանակ մի քանի կոպիտ սխալներ թույլ տվեց. «…առավոտյան ժամը 20.00», «քաղաքացիների մուտքը Եղեռնի հուշահամալիր կսկսվի ժամը 13:000-ից» եւ այլն»:
