Թուրքիայի դատարանը վճռել է կալանավորել հայտնի լրագրող Ջան Դյունդարին

Ստամբուլի ծանր հանցագործությունները քննող 22-րդ դատարանը հերթական նիստի ժամանակ որոշում է կայացրել հայտնի թուրք լրագրող Ջան Դյունդարին կալանավորելու վերաբերյալ: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին տեղեկացնում է թուրքական «Անադոլու» գործակալությունը:
Լրագրողը, ով մեկ օրով եղել է «ահաբեկչական խմբավորման քարոզչություն» իրականացնելու հիմնավորմամբ փակված «Özgür Gündem» պարբերականի երկրորդ գլխավոր խմբագիրը, մեղադրվում է «ահաբեկչական խմբավորումների հայտարարությունները հրապարակելու» մեջ: Նրան սպառնում է 1-3 տարվա ազատազրկում:
Դատական նիստին Դյունդարը ներկա չի եղել: Դատավորը կալանավորման մասին որոշման ընդունումից հետո վճռել է հետաձգել նիստը:
Cumhurriyet թերթի գլխավոր խմբագիր, սյունակագիր Ջան Դյունդարին և այդ նույն թերթի Անկարայի թղթակից Էրդեմ Գյուլին ձերբակալել էին դեռևս 2015 թվականի նոյեմբերին նրա համար, որ վերջիններս հրապարակել էին աղմկահարույց մի հոդված այն մասին, թե ինչպես է Թուրքիայի Ազգային հետախուզական ծառայությունը բեռնատարներով զենք մատակարարում Սիրիայում գործող «Իսլամական պետություն»խմբավորման ահաբեկիչներին:
Դատարանը պետական գաղտնիքներ հրապարակելու, լրտեսության և ահաբեկչական գաղտնի կառույցի անդամակցելու մեղադրանքներով Դյունդարին դատապարտել էր 5 տարի 10 ամիս, իսկ Գյուլին` 5 տարի ժամկետով ազատազրկման: Դատավճռի հրապարակումից մի քանի ժամ առաջ Դյունդարի նկատմամբ մահափորձ էր իրականացվել։
Լրագրողները բողոքարկել են որոշումը:Թուրքիայի սահմանադրական դատարանը, քննելով լրագրողներին կալանավորելու գործը, փետրվարի 25-ին վճռել էր, որ այդպիսով խախտվել են երկրի մայր օրենքի դրույթները՝ կապված խոսքի ու մամուլի, մարդու ազատության ու անվտանգության հետ: Դատարանի որոշումից անմիջապես հետո լրագրողներն ազատ էին արձակվել:
Ներկայում Դյունդարը, ում դեմ դատական գործի քննությունը դեռ ընթանում է, անձնական անվտանգությունից ելնելով 2016 թվականի հունիսից բնակվում է Գերմանիայում:
