Ռեկորդային թվով մարդիկ են եկել Ճապոնիայի կայսրին շնորհավորելու ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ

Ռեկորդային թվով ճապոնացիներ եւ օտարերկրյա զբոսաշրջիկներ են դեկտեմբերի 23-ին եկել Տոկիոյի կենտրոնում գտնվող կայսերական պալատի հրապարակ՝ Ակիհիտո կայսրին շնորհավորելու ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ որը դարձել Է 83 տարեկան: Կազմակերպիչների հաշվարկների համաձայն՝ հավաքվածները 33 հազարից ավելի Էին, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
Սա շնորհավորողների ամենամեծ թիվն Է 1989 թվականից ի վեր, երբ Ակիհիտոն զբաղեցրեց ճապոնացի կայսրերի գահը:
Ավանդույթի համաձայն, նա առավոտյան Միտիկո կայսրուհու եւ ընտանիքի մյուս անդամների հետ միասին մարդկանց առջեւ Է հայտնվել շենքերից մեկի ապակով փակված պատշգամբում: Հավաքվածները ոգեւորությամբ թափահարում Էին Ծագող արեւի պատկերով դրոշակները եւ բացականչում՝ «բանզայ»՝ միապետին մաղթելով «10 հազար տարվա կյանք»:
Կայսրն ինքը ելույթ Է ունեցել իրեն շնորհավորելու եկածների առջեւ՝ նրանց շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ուշադրության համար: Նա նաեւ ցավակցություն Է հայտնել Նիիգատա պրեֆեկտուրայում սաստիկ հրդեհից տուժածներին, որի հետեւանքով նախօրյակին այնտեղ ավելի քան 150 շինություն Է այրվել:
Կայսրի ծննդյան օրը Ճապոնիայում նշվում Է որպես ազգային տոն, այն ոչ աշխատանքային օր Է: Ներկայիս ծննդյան օրվա նկատմամբ հետաքրքրությունն առանձնակի Է՝ կապված այն բանի հետ, որ Ակիհիտոն այս տարվա օգոստոսին ցանկություն հայտնեց հրաժարվել գահից եւ այն փոխանցել իր ավագ որդուն՝ 56-ամյա գահաժառանգ արքայազն Նարուհիտոյին: Ներկայում կառավարությանն առընթեր հատուկ հանձնաժողովն ուսումնասիրում Է այդ հարցը: Բանն այն Է, որ երկրի օրենսդրությունը գահից հրաժարում չի թույլատրում, եւ կայսրը պարտավոր Է գահակալել ցմահ: Մինչդեռ, հարցումների տվյալների համաձայն, ճապոնացիների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը ըմբռնումով Է վերաբերվել գահը թողնելու Ակիհիտոյի մտադրությանը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
