Մարդիկ շատ են սիրում բամբասել, քննարկել իրենց ընկերներին, մտերիմներին, կոլեգաներին…մենք բոլորս ենք դա անում ժամանակ առ ժամանակ…: Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ մեր խոսակցությունների 80 %-ը այլոց մասին քննարկումներն են:

Զրուցակիցների միջև առկա հակակրանքը առավել ամուր է նրանց միավորում, քան ընդհանուր հետաքրքրություններն ու փոխադարձ համակրանքը: Մարդիկ զգում են որոշակի անհանգստություն, երբ ստիպված են կիսել գաղտնի տեղեկատվություն իրենք իրենց մասին: Գոյություն ունեն զրուցակիցներ, ովքեր հաճույք են ստանում այլոց սխալներից և դրանք քննարկելուց:
Թվում է, թե բամբասաքների հոսքը կանգնեցելը անխուսափելի է և անհնար: Սակայն հոգեբանների կարծիքով, դա հնարավոր է անել` տալով հետևյալ հարցը «ինչու՞ ես դու իմ մասին խոսում»…
