Բաքվի վարչակարգը ֆինանսավորում չի հատկացրել Ռաշտ-Աստարա երկաթգծին

Վարդան Ոսկանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
«Տարօրինակ» զուգադիպությամբ հենց նույն այն օրը, երբ Իրանի նախագահ Հ. Ռուհանին Երևանում ընդգծում էր Պարսից ծոց - Սև ծով միջանցքի կարևորությունը և որպես դրա բաղադրիչ կրկին իրանական կողմից արդիականացնում Իրան- Հայաստան երկաթուղու ծրագիրը, Իրանի երկաթուղային ճանապարհների շինարարական կազմակերպության տնօրենը անթաքույց ակնարկով հայտարարեց, որ َչնայած խոստումներին՝ Բաքվի վարչակարգը ֆինանսավորում չի հատկացրել Ռաշտ - Աստարա երկաթգծին, իսկ դրա շինարարության ուղղությամբ որևէ գործնական քայլ չի իրականացվել:
Ընդհանրապես, ինչ-որ առումով հետաքրքիր էր, որ հարևան և բարեկամ երկրի նախագահը մեկ այցի համար միգուցե փոքր-ինչ շատ թվացող հաճախությամբ նույնիսկ մի քանի անգամ շեշտադրեց Պարսից ծոց - Սև ծով միջանցքի նշանակությունը, ինչը սղությամբ աչքի ընկնող իրանական դիվանագիտական լեզվից պետք է թարգմանել որպես նշված միջանցքի իր բոլոր բաղադրիչներով կայացման՝ Թեհրանի իրական շահագրգռվածության բավական հստակ ցուցիչ:
Ուշագրավ է, նաև, որ էներգետիկ ոլորտում Իրանի նախագահը հանդես եկավ նաև բոլորվին նոր կամ առկա ծրագրի նորովի բարձրաձայնմամբ, որը միտված է այժմ ձևավորվող Իրան - Հայաստան- Վրաստան գազային գործակցությունն ընդլայնելու Թուրքմենստանի ներգրավմամբ՝ երկիր, որը սեփական զգալի գազային ռեսուրսների արևմտյան ուղղությամբ արտահանման լուրջ հիմնախնդիր ունի:
Էներգետիկ համագործակցության դաշտում թուրքմենական ուղղությամբ հայ-իրանական համատեղ ջանքերը, հաշվի առնելով նաև այս ասպարեզում հայ-թուրքմենական նախկինում եղած համագործակցության դրական փորձը, կարող են բացել բոլորովին նոր հեռանկարներ և մեզ, Իրանին, ինչպես նաև Վրաստանին ու Թուրքմենստանին ընձեռել լրացուցիչ հնարավորություն ամրապնդելու թե՛ տնտեսական և թե՛ աշխարհաքաղաքական դիրքերը:
