Ուտելուց հետո մի´ արեք այս գործողությունները

Գոյություն ունեն ուտելուց հետո կիրառվող վատ սովորություններ, որոնցից անհրաժեշտ է հրաժարվել հնարավորինս շուտ:
Մրգեր- բժիշկները խորհուրդ են տալիս մրգեր օգտագործել կամ ուտելուց մեկ ժամ առաջ, կամ ուտելուց առնվազն երկու ժամ անց:
Զբոսանք- Շատերը կարծում են, որ ուտելուց անմիջապես հետո զբոսնելն օգտակար է և նպաստում է կալորիաների այրմանը, սակայն մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս զբոսանքի գնալ կուշտ ուտելուց 15–20 րոպե հետո միայն:
Թեյ- ուտելուց անմիջապես հետո թեյի օգտագործումը չի թողնում, որպեսզի մեր օրգանիզմ հասնի երկաթի անհրաժեշտ քանակը, ուստի խորհուրդ է տրվում թեյ օգտագործել ուտելուց գոնե կես ժամ անց:
Քնել- մարդկանցից շատերը սիրում են ուտելուց հետո քնել, սակայն հորիզոնական դիրքի պատճառով սնունդը հաճախ ստամոքսից բարձրանում է դեպի կերակրափող: Անհրաժեշտ է քնել սնվելուց երկու ժամ անց:
Ծխել- ծխելը բացասական է ազդում նաև հաստ աղիքի մկանների վրա և բարդացնում սննդի մարսման վերջին շրջանը:
