Հայաստանը համագործակցում է ԵՄ-ի հետ՝ չմոռանալով ԵԱՏՄ-ում պարտավորությունների մասին. Էստոնիայում ՀՀ դեսպան

Հայաստանը պատրաստ է շարունակել համագործակցությունը Եվրոպական միության հետ, սակայն ՀՀ-ում չեն մոռանում այլ պարտավորությունների մասին, օրինակ, Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունում պարտավորությունների մասին։ Այս մասին Delfi-ի հետ հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Էստոնիայում Հայաստանի դեսպան Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը։ Դիվանագետը հարցազրույցում նաև խոսել է Հայաստանի և Էստոնիայի կապերի, ԵՄ շուկայում հայկական արտադրանքի հնարավորությունների, Հայաստանի և Թուրքիայի հարաբերությունների, սիրիական ճգնաժամի և Հայաստանի վրա դրա ազդեցության մասին։
«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ պատասխանելով հարցին, թե ինչպես են Հայաստանի վրա անդրադառնում Թուրքիա-Ռուսաստան ներկայիս հարաբերությունները, Տիգրան Մկրտչյանը նշել է, թե Հայաստանը շահագրգռված է, որ ռուս-թուրքական հարաբերությունները լավը լինեն, քանի որ երբ Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա հարաբերությունները վատացել են, դա ազդել է Հայաստանի վրա։ «Տնտեսապես դա որևէ կերպ չի արտահայտվում, քանի որ մենք Թուրքիայի հետ ընդհանրապես հարաբերություններ չունենք։ Դիվանագիտական հարաբերություններ չկան, սահմանները փակ են։ Անցյալ տարի նույնիսկ դեպքեր են եղել, երբ թուրքական ուղղաթիռները խախտել են Հայաստանի օդային տարածքի սահմանը։ Իսկ այն համատեքստում, որ Հայաստանի սահմանը պահպանում են նաև ռուսաստանցի զինծառայողները, դա կարելի գնահատել նաև որպես սադրանք։ Եթե ռուսաստանցի սահմանապահները խոցեին այդ ուղղաթիռները, դժվար է ասել, ինչ իրավիճակ կլիներ այժմ»,- նշել է դեսպանը։
Նրան մեկ այլ հարց է տրվել այն մասին, թե ինչպես կարող է ազդել Ռուսաստան-Թուրքիա- Հայաստան հարաբերությունների վրա Թուրքիայում ՌԴ դեսպան Կառլովի սպանությունը Անկարայում։ Էստոնայում ՀՀ դեսպանի խոսքով՝ դա դեռ վաղ է վերլուծելը։ «2007 թվականին Ստամբուլի կենտրոնում ազգայնական սպանեց հայ լրագրող Հրանտ Դինքին։ Սպանվեց թիկունքից. ըստ էության՝ նույնպիսի միջադեպ էր։ Այն ժամանակ ամբողջ համաշխարհային հանրությունը Թուրքիային քննադատում էր այն բանի համար, որ մթնոլորտն այնտեղ այնպիսին է, որ հանգիստ կարող են սպանել ցանկացած մարդու, նույնիսկ դեսպա նի։ Հմարյա տասը տարի է անցել Դինքի սպանությունից. Տասնյակ ձերբակալվածներ, իսկ սպանությունը մինչ օրս էլ չի բացահայտվել։ Եվ, ցավոք, ես այժմ որևէ պատճառ չեմ տեսնում լավատես լինելուս համար»,- շեշտել է նա։
