«Ծննդաբերությունից հետո 13 կգ նիհարել եմ». Անի Դաշյանը բացում է գաղտնիքը

Հաղորդավարուհի Անի Դաշյանը, ով հունիսի 18-ին մայր է դարձել, ծննդաբերությունից հետո 13 կգ նիհարել է: Հաղորդավարուհին Tert.am Life-ին պատմել է ավելորդ քաշի ստեղծած խնդիրների և սննդակարգի մասին:
Հաղորդավարուհին նշեց, որ այնքան գեր չէր, որպեսզի ֆիզիկական խնդիրներ ունենար, սակայն ինքնավստահությունը պակասել էր:
«Երբ ավելորդ քաշ ունես, ինքնագնահատականդ իջնում է, նախկին հագուստիդ մեջ չես տեղավորվում: Սկսում ես խուսափել նայել հայելու մեջ, իսկ ինձ համար միշտ հաճելի է եղել հայելու մեջ նայել, ավելին՝ միշտ նախանձել եմ զրուցակցիս:)»,- կատակով ասաց Անին:
Նա հայտնեց, որ մինչև հղիությունը 63 կգ էր կշռում: Ծննդաբերության գնացել է 80 կգ քաշով: «Ծննդաբերությունից հետո ընդամենը 5 կգ էի կորցրել: Հիմա 62 կգ եմ: Ընդհանուր առմամբ՝ 13 կգ եմ նիհարել, որից 7 կգ-ը՝ վերջին մեկ ամսում: Այդ արդյունքին հասա առանց ֆիզիկական տանջանքի և սովամահ լինելու»,- ասաց Անին ու հավելեց, որ մարզասրահ դեռևս չի գնում, սակայն պատրաստվում է գնալ՝ ևս 5 կգ նիհարելուց հետո:
«Մարզասրահ կգնամ ոչ թե նիհարելու, այլ առողջ ապրելակերպի համար: Հիմա 1 կգ ավելի քիչ եմ կշռում, քան նախկինում, բայց ուզում եմ ևս 5 կգ կորցնել: Որոշել եմ մոդել դառնալ:)»,- կեսկատակ ասաց հաղորդավարուհին:
