Իհարկե պզուկներ ունենալը նորմալ է և բոլոր մարդիկ էլ ժամանակառժամանակ բախվում են այդ խնդրի հետ, սակայն դա չափազանց տգեղ է և տհաճ։ Իրականում պզուկների մաշկի գրգռվածության նշանների են, որոնք առաջանում են երբ մաշկի յուղ արտադրող գեղձերը վնասվում են։ Շատ մարդիկ օգտվում են թանկարժեք քսուքներից և նույնիսկ լազերային միջամտությունից՝ դրանցի ազատվելու համար, սակայն կան առավել պարզ և մատչելի մեթոդներ, որոնք նույնքան արդյունավել են։  

Սառույց

Նոր ձևավորված պզուկը վերացնելու համար միայն սառույցն էլ բավական է։ Պետք է ուղղակի մի քանի վայրկայն սառեցնել գրգռված մաշկը ապա սպասել 2-3 րոպե և կրկին կրկնել սառեցման գործընթացը։ Սառույցը հարկավոր է որևէ կտորով փաթաթել՝ մաշը էլ ավելի չգրգռելու համար։ Այս ամենը պետք է կրկնել օրական մի քանի անգամ։  

Կիտրոն

Պզուկներից ազատվելու մեկ այլ միջով է կիտրոնի թարմ քամված հյութը։  Այն կսպանի գրգռված մասի բոլոր միկրոբներին, ինչպես նաև կօգնի օրգանիզմին հեշտությամբ վերացնել ավելոր յուղը։ Հարկավոր է ստրիլ բամբակ օգնությամ լիմոնի հյութը տարածել գրգռված մաշկի վրա։ Դա պետք է անել քնելուց առաջ և այդպես թողնել ամբողջ գիշեր։  

Մեղր Երկար

ժամանակ է, որ մեղրը հայտնի աշխարհին իր հականեխիչ հատկություններվ։ Այն կարող է մաբողջովի ոչնչացնել մաշկի բակտերիաները ինչպես նաև կարող է արագացնել վերականգնամ գործընթացը։ Հարկավոր է վերցնել ստերիլ բամբակ և զգուշորեն քսել մեզրը գրգռված մասկին։ Մեղրը պետք է թողնել առնվազն 30 րոպե, ինչից հետո պետք է լվացվել տաք ջրով։  

Ատամի մածուկ

Ատամի մածուկը պզուկներից ազատվելու հիանալի միջոց է։ Այն էլ ավելի արդյունավետ է սառույցի պրոցեդուրայից հետո օգտագործելու դեպքում։ Հարկավոր է մածուկը քսել գրգռված մաշկի վրա և այդպես թողնել ամբողջ գիշեր։ Առավոտյան պետք է լվացվել սառը ջրով։  

Գոլորշի

Գոլորշին չափազանց օգտակար է մաշկի համար, քանի որ դրա պատճառով բացվում են մաշկի ծակոտիները և բոլոր բակտերիաները ոչնչանում են։ Սա օգնում է նաև պզուկների դեպքում։ Հարկավոր է որևէ տարրայի մեջ տաք ջուր լցնել և դեմքը պահել այդ տարրայի վրա այնպես, որ ջրից եկով գոլորշին հպվի դեմքին։ Սա պետք է անել մոտ 30 րոպե, ինչից հետո հարկավոր է չորացնել դեմքը և քսել յուղից չպարոնակով որևէ խոնավեցնող քսուք։
