Կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանին սպանությունից ժամեր առաջ ծեծելու գործով նիստերը դռնբաց են, սակայն տեղեկատվությունը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգում դարձել է փակ։
Թե ինչու է նիստերի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունն արգելափակվել, հայտնի չէ։ Բաղրամյանի փաստաբան Ռուզաննա Սիրեկանյանի համար նույնպես հանելուկ է, քանի որ դռնփակ անցկացնելու վերաբերյալ որեւէ որոշում չի կայացվել։
Ավելի վաղ NEWS.am-ը հայտնել էր, որ մեկ տարի առաջ Երեւանի Ավան եւ Նոր Նորք վարչական շրջանների ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան ուղարկված այս գործով ընդամենը 3 նիստ է կայացել, նշանակված մեկ տասնյակից ավելի նիստերը տարբեր պատճառաբանություններով հետաձգվել են: Ռուզաննա Սիրեկանյանի խոսքով՝ եթե հենց մեկ նիստ էլ կայանա, դատավճռի հրապարակումը նույնիսկ կլինի, որովհետեւ արագացված կարգով է լինելու, սակայն անհասկանալի պատճառներով հետաձգվում են նիստերը: Չի բացառվում, որ դատարանը սպասում է Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության գործով դատավճռին:
Ըստ մեղադրական եզրակացության՝ կուրսանտ Կարեն Բաղրամյանը հունվարի 28-ին ժամը 07:40-ի սահմաններում ննջարանը մաքրելու հարցի շուրջ վիճաբանել է համածառայող Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի հետ: Այս ընթացքում, խախտելով ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ներքին ծառայության կանոնագրքի 13-րդ, 16-րդ և 65-րդ հոդ. կանոնագրքային կանոնները,Կարենը բռնության գործադրմամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել Հայկազի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:
Բացի դրանից նույն օրը ժամը 13:00-ի սահմաններում իր հանգիստը խանգարելու հարցի շուրջ, Կարենը բռնության գործադրմամբ հարվածներ է հասցրել Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի մարմնի տարբեր մասերին:
Կարեն Բաղրամյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Քրեական օրենսգրքի 359-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Հիշեցնենք, որ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության գործով դատաքննությունն արդեն սկսվել է: Ամբաստանյալի աթոռին են հայտնվել նրա համակուրսեցիները` կուրսանտներ Գնել Թեւոսյանը, Նորիկ Սահակյանը, Վաչե Սահակյանը եւ Մովսես Ազարյանը։ Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նրանք հունվարի 29-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ից 03:00-ի սահմանում, զորամասի ննջարանում դաժանությամբ սպանել են կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանին, ապա հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով կախել նրա մարմինը մարզահրապարակում գտնվող պտտաձողից, նրա անունից գրություն թողել, թե իբր ինքնասպան է եղել: Կուրսանտներն իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչում:
