Xohanoc.Am ը այսօր Ձեզ կներկայացնի 7 պատճառ ամեն առավոտ մեկ բաժակ սուրճ խմելու համար:

1. Սուրճի բույրը ունի հակասթրեսային հատկություն Չինացի գիտնականները վերջերս եկել են այն եզրակացությանը, որ սուրճի բույրը շատ լավ է անդրադառնում ուղեղի աշխատանքի վրա և ստիպում է վատ բաների չկենտրոնանալ:

2. Օգտակար է լյարդի համար (հատկապես եթե դուք ալկոհոլ եք օգտագործում)   22 տարվա հետազոտությունները (որի մեջ ներգրավված է եղել 125.000 մարդ) ցույց են տվել, որ նրանց մոտ, ովքեր ամեն օր գոնե մեկ բաժակ սուրճ են խմել, լյարդի ցերոզով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը իջել է 20 տոկոսով:

5. Բարելավում է սպորտային մարզավիճակը Կոֆեինը շատացնում է ճարպային թթուների քանակը արյան մեջ, որը թույլ է տալիս մկաններին այրել ճարպը և այն վերածել էներգիայի, որն էլ առույգացնում է մարդուն:  

6. Նվազեցնում է շաքարային դիաբետով հիվանդանալու հավանականությունը Հետազոտությունները ցույց են տվել, որ օրական միջին հաշվարկով 4 բաժակ սուրճ խմողների մոտ շաքարային դիաբետի հավանականությունը իջել է 50 տոկոսով:

7. Կարգավորում է ուղեղի աշխատանքը CNN հեռուստաընկերությունը ապացուցել է, որ սուրճի շնորհիվ մարդու ուղեղը ավելի արդյունավետ է գործում:
