  Երևանի տրանսպորտի և ճանապարհների վիճակը հեռու է բավարար լինելուց։ Երևանի փոխքաղաքապետ Վահե Նիկոյանը Sputnik Արմենիա ռադիոկայանի եթերում մանրամասներ է ներկայացնում այն մասին, թե քաղաքապետարանն ինչպես է պատրաստվում բարելավել իրավիճակը:  

Ուսումնասիրություններն ու խորհրդատուների հետ աշխատանքը ցույց են տվել, որ Երևանում կա մոտ 70 տոկոս իրար կրկնող գիծ, և սա բերում է նրան, որ տվյալ հատվածներում տրանսպորտային միջոցներն աշխատում են անարդյունավետ։ Այդ պատճառով, ըստ Վահե Նիկոյանի, պատվիրվել է նոր երթուղային ցանց։

  «Նոր երթուղային ցանցով արդեն կբացառվեն «մարշրուտկաները» կամ մինի ավտոբուսները, երթուղիները կսպասարկվեն միջին տեղատարողության և որոշ գծերում նաև` մեծ տեղատարողության ավտոբուսներով, ինչպես զարգացած քաղաքներում։ Կլուծվի նաև էլեկտրոնային միասնական տոմսային համակարգի խնդիրը, բոլոր երթուղիները կինտեգրվեն մեկը մյուսին` մետրոպոլիտեն, վերգետնյա էլեկտրատրանսպորտ, այսինքն` կաշխատի միասնական հասարակական տրանսպորտի սպասարկման ցանց»,- ներկայացրեց փոխքաղաքապետը։  

Նա պարզաբանեց, որ միասնական տոմսային համակարգն այն է, երբ մարդն Ա կետից Բ կետը երթևեկելու համար, եթե նույնիսկ ստիպված է 3-4 տրանսպորտ փոխել, 3-4 անգամ չվճարի։ Գուցե կախված երթուղու երկարությունից` տարբեր կլինի ուղևորավարձը։   «Իհարկե, տեղափոխությունը ենթադրելու է ժամանակ, այսինքն` ավելի շատ ժամանակ քաղաքացին կծախսի արագության տեսանկյունից, սակայն կլինի շատ ավելի հստակ հաշվարկելի և կանխատեսելի ժամանակը, որովհետև կունենանք հստակ էլեկտրոնային չվացուցակներ, հստակ GPS համակարգով աշխատող ավտոբուսներ»,- նշեց նա։ Նա վստահեցրեց, որ ամենաուշը մեկ տարվա ընթացքում Երևանը կունենա նոր, միջազգային չափորոշիչներին համապատասխան երթուղային ցանց։ Ինչ վերաբերում է մետրոյին, ապա այն կապիտալ վերանորոգման կարիք ունի, որից հետո միայն կարելի կլինի խոսել նոր կայարանների մասին։ Նորոգման առաջին փուլն իրականացվել է 2011 թվականին, երկրորդ փուլը` դրենաժի երկարացումը, ընթացքի մեջ է։ Երրորդ փուլում կհիմնանորոգվեն շարժասանդուղքները։ Դրանից հետո միայն հնարավոր կլինի սկսել լուծել մետրոյի երկարացման խնդիրը։  

«Ուսումնասիրող կազմակերպություններն առաջարկեցին, բնակչության տեղաբաշխվածությունից ելնելով, կայարաններից մեկը կառուցել «Արմենիա» հիվանդանոցի, մյուսը` Գևորգ Չաուշի արձանի հարակից հատվածում։ Ուսումնասիրվեց նաև ֆինանսական կողմը` հարկավոր է շուրջ 160-260 մլն եվրո։ Հարց է առաջանում` ինչքանո՞վ է դա առաջնային, հրատապ։ Իհարկե, բոլոր երևանցիները կուզենային նոր կայարաններ ունենալ, սակայն քաղաքապետարանն այդ աշխատանքները սկսելու համար նման միջոցներ չունի»,- նշեց նա` հավելելով, որ ծրագիրը մնում է օրակարգում, և նման միջոցներ լինելու դեպքում այն կարող է իրականացվել։

Նիկոյանը հայտնեց նաև, որ քաղաքապետարանը ծրագիր է իրականացնում Երևանի կենտրոնը բեռնաթափելու ուղղությամբ։ Գործող և նախորդ գլխավոր հատակագծերով Երևան քաղաքը շրջանցող ճանապարհը նախատեսված է եղել, սակայն այսօր է միայն այն դառնում իրականություն։  

«Խոսքն այն ճանապարհաշինարարական ծրագրի մասին է, որը, ըստ էության, քաղաքը շրջանցելու է Արշակունյաց պողոտայից դեպի Արտաշատի խճուղի, Շիրակի փողոցից դեպի Արգավանդ, այնուհետև Մալաթիայի Բաբաջանյան փողոցից դեպի Աշտարակ և Աշտարակից դեպի Դավթաշեն»,- հայտնեց նա։ Նիկոյանը հայտնեց, որ կան ևս մի շարք շարունակական ծրագրեր, որոնք հաստատվելու դեպքում Երևանը կունենա կարգավորված երթևեկություն։
