Տավուշի զինկոմի սպանության մեջ կասկածվում է համագյուղացին. հարուցվել է քրգործ. ՀՀ ՔԿ

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ Տավուշի զինվորական կոմիսար, Մովսես գյուղի բնակիչ Դերենիկ Պապյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ, որի շրջանակներում ձեռնարկված քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է շարժառիթը, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը. տեղեկացնում է ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժինը:
Սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 23։10-ին, «Բերդ» բժշկական կենտրոնից հաղորդում է ստացվել, որ պարանոցի շրջանում ստացած հրազենային վնասվածքով իրենց մոտ է տեղափոխվել Դերենիկ Անուշավանի Պապյանը՝ մահացած։
Անմիջապես դեպքի վայր է մեկնել քննչական-օպերատիվ խումբը։ Ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ Տավուշի զինվորական կոմիսար Դ.Պապյանին մահացու հրազենային վնասվածքը պատճառվել է 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 18-ին՝ ժամը 22։00-ի սահմաններում, Տավուշի մարզի Մովսես գյուղի գյուղամիջյան ճանապարհին՝ գյուղապետարանի վարչական շենքից 100մ հեռավորության վրա, համագյուղացու կողմից։
Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ Դ.Պապյանը դիտողություն է արել համագյուղացի, ալկոհոլի ազդեցության տակ գտնվող Ա.Մկրտումյանին՝ անվայել պահվածքի համար, ինչից վրդովված վերջինս վերցրել է որսորդական հրացանը և կրակել Դ.Պապյանի վրա։
Դեպքի առթիվ 19.09.2015թ. հարուցվել է քրեական գործ է՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով:
Կատարվել է դեպքի վայրի զննություն, որի ընթացքում դեպքի վայրից հայտնաբերվել և առգրավվել է հանցագործության գործիք հրացանը՝ կրակված պարկուճների հետ միասին:
Ա.Մկրտումյանը ձերբակալվել է: Որոշումներ են կայացվել՝ դիակի դատաբժշկական և դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություններ նշանակելու մասին:
