7 տարում՝ 54% աճ. արդյունաբերության «խճանկարը»

Արմեն Վարդանյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Արդյունաբերությունը կարելի է համարել Հայաստանի ամենաառանցքային ու կարևորագույն տնտեսական ճյուղերից մեկը: Զգալի ազդեցություն թողնելով տարեկան տնտեսական աճի ձևավորման վրա՝ միևնույն ժամանակ այստեղ առկա են մի շարք ռիսկեր, որոնք ուղակիորեն կապված չեն ներքին տնտեսության քաղաքականության հետ, այլ միջազգային շուկայի վայրիվերումների արդյունքում ձևավորվող օրակարգի արդյունք են:
Այս պահի դրությամբ արդյունաբերական աճը առաջին տասնմեկ ամիսների կտրվածքով կազմում է 6,8 տոկոս: Այլ կերպ ասած, եթե փորձենք այս ցուցանիշը վերածել դրամայինի, ապա կստանանք 1 տրիլիոն 285 միլիարդ դրամ:
Հետճգնաժամային ժամանակահատվածը, որը կարելի է համարել Հայաստանի համար 2010 թվականից այս կողմ, արդյունաբերության համար զարգացման և առաջընթացի շրջան էր: Դրա մասին են փաստում արձանագրված ցուցանիշները: Մասնավորապես՝ 2010-ին, արդյունաբերությունում աճը կազմել է 9,7 տոկոս, 2011-ին՝ 13,9 տոկոս, 2012-ին՝ 8,8 տոկոս, 2013-ին՝ 6,9, 2014-ին՝ 2,7, 2015-ին՝ 5,2, իսկ այս տարին կարծես թե եզրափակվում է 6,8 տոկոսով:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ վերջին յոթ տարվա ընթացքում ՀՀ արդյունաբերությունն աճել է 54 տոկոսով, իսկ արտադրանքի ծավալները՝ կրկնապատկվել:
Դրական ցուցանիշներ կարելի է ակնկալել նաև հաջորդ տարի: Պատճառն այն է, որ արդյունաբերության և գյուղատնտեսության համար աճի լուրջ խթան կարող է դառնալ գազի տարբերակված, ավելի ցածր սակագները վերամշակող ձեռնարկությունների եւ ջերմոցային տնտեսությունների համար:
