Եղունգների խնամքին հետևելու համար հարկավոր չէ ժամանակ և միջոցներ խնայել: Սակայն եղունգները մեր կյանքում միայն էսթետիկ դեր չէ, որ ունեն. դրանցով կարելի է տեղեկություններ ստանալ օրգանիզմի մասին:

Հավանական պատճառը՝ վնասվածք
Եղունգների վրայի փոքրիկ սպիտակ կետիկները իրենցից սպառնալիք չեն ներկայացնում, դրանք ուղղակի ինչ-որ վնասվածքի արդյունք են: Որոշ դեպքերում էլ դրանք կարող են ազդարարել օրգանիզմում վիտամինների պակասի մասին:

Հավանական պատճառը՝ վնասվածք կամ ցինկի պակասություն
Հորիզոնական գծերը, ինչպես և սպիտակ հետքերը, կարող են առաջանալ եղունգների վնասվածքի կամ օրգանիզմում ցինկի ու կալցիումի պակասի հետևանքով: Երբեմն դրանք կարող են նշան լինել նրա, որ մարդու մոտ առկա է դիաբետ կամ փսորիազ:

Սրանք առաջանում են եղունգների հիմքի կամ կուտիկուլայի վնասվածքի, ինչպես նաև վիտամին B12-ի, ցինկի կամ մագնեզիումի պակասությունից: 50 տարեկանից բարձր անձանց համար այս ակոսիկները նորմալ երևույթ են համարվում: Մեր եղունգները ծերանում են այնպես, ինչպես մեր դեմքը: Եղունգների վրա այս ակոսիկները կարելի է համեմատել մաշկային կնճիռների հետ:

Եղունգների դեղնավուն դառնալու հիմնական պատճառները ծխելն ու ակրիլային ընդարձակումն է: Հազվադեպ դեպքերում եղունգի գույնը կարող է խոսել սնկերի առաջացման, վահանաձև գեղձի բորբոքման, դիաբետի, շնչառական հիվանդությունների մասին:

Հավանական պատճառը՝ լյարդի հիվանդություններ
Եթե եղունգները անսպասելիորեն սպիտակել են, ապա դա կարող է նոր սկսվող հեպատիտի կամ լյարդի հետ կապված այլ խնդիրների նախանշան հանդիսանալ:

Հավանական պատճառը՝ թթվածնային քաղց
Այս երանգի եղունգները վկայում են այն մասին, որ օրգանիզմը թթվածնի պակասություն ունի: Դա կարող է կապված լինել թոքերի խնդիրների հետ: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, եթե կապտավուն երանգ են ստացել Ձեր եղունգները, առանց հապաղելու դիմեք բժշկի:
