Սփյուռքի նախարարությունը գալիք տարին հայտարարեց Արցախի տարի

ՀՀ սփյուռքի նախարարությունը 2017 թվականը հայտարարեց Արցախի տարի: Նախարար Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը նշեց, որ գալիք տարվա բոլոր ծրագրերն ուղղված են լինելու Արցախի հիմնախնդրի լուծմանը:
«Անցնող տարվա ընթացքում պետք է 22 ծրագիր իրականացնեինք, դրանք ամբողջությամբ իրականացրել ենք: Մեր գործողություններն ու նախագծերը հիմնականում պայմանավորված էին համաշխարհային, տարածաշրջանային եւ ներքին մարտահրավերներով: Տարածաշրջանային զարգացումները մեզ համար բարենպաստ չէին: Կարող ենք արձանագրել, որ ապրիլյան ագրեսիայի ժամանակ սփյուռքը համախմբվեց: Ամբողջ սփյուռքը կանգնեց Արցախի կողքին, ամենուր հայտարարություններ տարածեց, հավաքներ կազմակերպեց: Նախարարությունն ամբողջությամբ աշխատում էր ավելի քան 100 համայնքների հետ, աշխատանքը համադրում Արցախի կառավարության եւ Պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ: Չգտնվեց որեւէ համայնք, որ իր բարոյական եւ նյութական օգնությունը չցուցաբերեր Արցախին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ ասաց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը:
Նախարարը նշեց, որ 2016 թվականին սկիզբ դրվեց «Ի՞նչ ես անում դու Ղարաբաղի համար» հսկայածավալ շարժմանը, որին միացան եվրոպական 25 երկրների դպրոցներ, համայնքային կառույցներ:
«Այն մեծ արձագանք գտավ սփյուռքում: Այդ իսկ պատճառով խորհրդակցելով սփյուռքի մի շարք կառույցների հետ՝ որոշեցինք գալիք տարին նվիրել Արցախին: Ազգովի պետք է հասկանանք, որ Արցախի հզորությունը, խնդրի կարգավորումը Արցախի տնտեսության, կրթության եւ գիտության, պաշտպանության հզորացումն է»,-ընդգծեց Հրանուշ Հակոբյանը՝ ներկայացնելով մի նախաձեռնություն, որի շրջանակում մանկագիր Նունե Սարգսյանի՝ Արցախի բարբառով գրված գրքերն ուղարկելու են արցախցի երեխաներին:
Նախարարը նաեւ պատմեց 81-ամյա Սիրան Միսակյան-Բասմաջյանի մասին, ով 16 տարի առաջ Ֆրանսիայից վերադարձել է Հայաստան: Այժմ նա ապրում է Արմավիրի մարզի Ջրաշեն գյուղում: Տարեց կինն իր թոշակով պատրաստում է հագուստ եւ ուղարկում սահմանամերձ շրջանների զինծառայողներին:
