ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում ավարտվել է  Արսեն Խանամիրյանի սպանության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացրել ենք, որ 2016թ. հունիսի 1-ին Երևան քաղաքի «Արամյանց» բժշկական կենտրոնից  ահազանգ  էր ստացվել առ այն, որ իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Արսեն Համլետի Խանամիրյանը՝ կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի միջկողային շրջանի և ձախ ենթակողային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած վերքով, ով հիվանդանոցում մահացել է:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ ՔԿ Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Կենտրոն և Նորք-Մարաշ վարչական շրջանների քննչական բաժնում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ, և ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել են Ա.Խանամիրյանի սպանության հանգամանքները, առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, շարժառիթը:

Նախնական քննության տվյալներով՝ տուժողն ու առերևույթ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը՝ Վ.Վերանյանը, միմյանց ճանաչել են 2012 թվականից, երբ վերջինս որպես վարորդ աշխատանքի է ընդունվել այն տաքսի ծառայությունում, որի տնօրենն էր հանդիսացել Ա. Խանամիրյանը, և շուրջ 6 ամիս աշխատել միասին։ Հետագայում անձնական հարցերի շուրջ նրանց միջև ձևավորվել են ոչ բարիդրացիական, լարված հարաբերություններ, որոնց վերաբերյալ առավել մանրամասն տեղեկույթը հրապարակման ենթակա չէ՝ նկատի ունենալով, որ դրանք պարունակում են  մասնավոր կյանքին վերաբերող տեղեկություններ. ՀՀ Սահմանադրության 31-րդ հոդվածի համաձայն՝ յուրաքանչյուր ոք ունի իր մասնավոր և ընտանեկան կյանքի, պատվի ու բարի համբավի անձեռնմխելիության իրավունք։

Տղամարդիկ 2016 թվականի հունիսի 1-ին՝ ժամը 14:00-ի սահմաններում, Երևան քաղաքի Նար-Դոս և Վարդանանց փողոցների հատման մասում հանդիպել են միմյանց, առաջացել է վիճաբանություն, որի ժամանակ Վ.Վերանյանը պարզաբանումներ է պահանջել իր վերաբերյալ տարածած լուրերի համար։ Ապա՝ մահակով հարվածներ է հասցրել Ա.Խանամիրյանին, այնուհետև դանակով՝ վերջինիս կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի հետ անհամատեղելի մարմնական վնասվածքներ։ Հարվածի հետևանքով՝ ըստ դատաբժշկական փորձաքննության եզրակացության՝  Խանամիրյանին պատճառվել է կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի, ձախ ից ենթակողային շրջանների, կրծքավանդակի ձախ կեսի առաջային մակերեսի ծակած-կտրած թափանցող վերք, սրտապարկի, սրտի վնասում, հեմոպերիկարդիում, ձախից ենթակողային շրջանի ծակված չթափանցող վերք, ճարպաբջջանքի վնասումով միջկողային շրջանի և ձախ ենթակողային շրջանի կտրած-ծակած վերք:

Մինչդատական վարույթում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների հիման վրա՝ Վ.Վերանյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 104-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է կիրառվել կալանավորումը:

Քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազին:

Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
