«X Factor» նախագծում մոտակա ամիսներին երգիչ Էրիկն աշխատելու է աղջիկների խմբի հետ: Այն, թե ժյուրիի որ անդամը, որ խմբին է առաջնորդելու նախագծի ընթացքում, ընտրել է հեռուստադիտողը: Armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում երգիչը նշեց, որ գոհ է լսարանի SMS քվեարկության արդյունքներից:  

«Բոլոր խմբերում էլ տաղանդավոր մարդիկ կան, ու 4-րդ «X Factor»-ն իսկապես շատ ուժեղ «X Factor» է: Բոլորը հավասարապես ուժեղ են, ու չես կարող կանխատեսել, թե հանդիսատեսն ում ավելի ավելի շատ կգնահատի: Իմ աղջիկների խմբից ես գոհ եմ: Երեւի թե միակ տարբերվող խումբն իմն է (ծիծաղում է), որովհետեւ այնպես է ստացվել, որ թե՛ մեծերի մեջ, թե՛ տղաների խմբում, եւ թե՛ խմբերում բոլորը տղաներ են: Ի դեպ նշեմ, որ շատ գեղեցիկ աղջիկներ են, շատ բարի են ու խելացի, շատ արագ ընկալում են»,- ասաց նա:

Էրիկին շատ է դուր գալիս «X Factor» նախագծում աշխատելը: Նա դա 2016 թ. կարեւորագույն ձեռքբերումն է համարում: Միակ բանը, որի համար ցավում է այն է, որ տարբեր փուլերի ընթացքում ստիպված է հրաժեշտ տալ որոշ մասնակիցների:

«Նախագիծն է այդպիսին: Ես բոլորին էլ տեսնում եմ նախագծում, բայց ստիպված եմ ընտրել»,- ասաց նա՝ ավելացնելով, որ ընտրություն կատարելիս շեշտը դնելու է անկեղծության վրա, ընտրելու է նրանց, ովքեր կարողանում են էմոցիա փոխանցել հանդիսատեսին:

«X Factor» նախագծում տղաների խմբի հետ աշխատում է Անդրեն, մեծերի խմբի (22 տարեկանից բարձր) հետ՝ Շուշանիկ Արեւշատյանը, իսկ խմբերի հետ՝ Գարիկ Պապոյանը:
