Միրգ ուտելու ճիշտ ժամանակը

Հայտնի ուռուցքաբանները պնդում են, որ մրգերը պետք է ուտել ոչ թե ուտելուց հետո, այլ՝ դատարկ ստամոքսին:
Մրգեր ուտել սիրում են բոլորը, սակայն ոչ բոլոր դեպքերում են դրանք ճիշտ ուտում:
Մասնագետները պնդում են, որ եթե մրգերն ուտում եք դատարկ ստամոքսին, ապա դրանք մաքրում են օրգանիզմը, էներգիա են հաղորդում, օգնում են ազատվել ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից:
Օրգանիզմի համար միրգն ամենակարևոր սնունդն է: Օրինակ, եթե 2 կտոր հաց և մեկ կտոր միրգ եք ուտում, ապա միրգը ստամոքսից անմիջապես անցնում է աղիներ, սակայն այս գործընթացը կանխվում է՝ հացի կտորների պատճառով, իսկ հացն ու միրգը միասին վերածվում են թթուների: Երբ միրգն ու հացը խառնվում են ստամոքսում թե՛ հացը, թե՛ միրգը փչանում են: Այդ իսկ պատճառով, չափազանց կարևոր է մրգերն ուտել դատարկ ստամոքսին, պնդում են մասնագետները:
