ՀՀ սպորտի եւ երիտասարդության հարցերի նախարար Հրաչյա Ռոստոմյանը խոստովանում է, որ Ձմեռ պապի դերում երբեւէ չի եղել բարձրահասակ լինելու պատճառով։ Wnews.am-ին տված հարցազրույցում նախարարը պատմել է ամանորյա նախապատրաստությունների, ընտանեկան ավանդույթների, ամանորյա սիրած ճաշատեսակի մասին։

Ինչպե՞ս եք Ձեր ընտանիքում պատրաստվում Ամանորին, ե՞րբ են սկսվում տոնական նախապատրաստությունները։

Ամանորյա նախապատրաստական աշխատանքները մեր ընտանիքում ընթանում են ինչպես բոլոր հայկական ընտանիքներում: Նվերների, տոնական սեղանի, մյուս տոնական պատրաստությունների մասին նախօրոք հոգ են տանում մայրս, կինս, քույրս:

Դիմավորում ենք տանը, ընտանիքի բոլոր անդամներով՝ տոնական սեղանի շուրջ:

Ընտանիքում Ամանորի որեւէ հատուկ ավանդույթ ունե՞ք:

Պարտադիր միասին և միայն տանն Ամանորը դիմավորելն էլ հենց մեր ավանդույթն է: Ամանորը ընտանեկան տոն է և յուրաքանչյուր մարդ հատկապես այդ գիշեր պետք է ձգտի իր ամենահարազատ և մտերիմ մարդկանց միջավայրում և իր տանը դիմավորել :3

Ինքներդ որեւէ ճաշատեսակ պատրաստու՞մ եք։

Ցավոք շատ հեռու եմ խոհանոցից և ինքս որևէ ճաշատեսակ չեմ պատրաստում: Այդ պարտականությունն իրենց վրա են վերցրել ընտանիքիս մյուս անդամները: Նրանք են նաև զարդարում և ձևավորում սեղանը:
