 Պրոդյուսեր Արմին Մովսիսյանը մոտ 15 տարի է՝ աշխատում է հայկական շոու բիզնեսում: Ոլորտում երգիչներից շատերը երանի են տալիս Արմինի երգիչներին, ովքեր երբեք անգործ չեն մնում: Շատերն էլ նրան համարում են «կոմերցիայի» վարպետ: Արմինն իր տեսլականն ունի այս ամենի վերաբերյալ: Tert.am Life-ը Արմինի հետ զրույցել է հայկական շոու բիզնեսի ուժեղ և թույլ կողմերի, ինչպես նաև՝ իր արտիստների՝ Ռազմիկ Ամյանի և Մարտին Մկրտչյանի հետ համագործակցության, նրանց աշխատանքային պայմանների և այլ հարցերի մասին:

 -Արմին, երկար տարիներ է, ինչ աշխատում եք դաշտում: Շատերն ասում են, որ հայկական շոու բիզնեսում այժմ լճացում է: Այդ լճացումը, կարծես թե, չի անդրադառնում Ձեր արտիստների՝ Մարտին Մկրտչյանի և Ռազմիկ Ամյանի վրա: Ո՞րն է դրա գրավականը:

 -Ես շատ եմ կարևորում թիմային աշխատանքը, որն առաջ գնալու ամենամեծ գրավական է:

 Որքանո՞վ է հեշտ աշխատել  հայկական շոու բիզնեսում: Շատերը բողոքում են, որ հայկական շուկան նեղ է:

 -Ավելի քան հեշտ է:  Իրականում չեմ կարծում, որ այդպես է, քանի որ մենք ունենք շատ մեծ սփյուռք: Եթե հարևան երկրներում երգչի հանդիսատեսը հենց երկրի ներսում է, մեր երկրում այդպես չէ: Հայաստանից դուրս մենք ավելի շատ հանդիսատես ունենք, քան հենց Հայաստանի ներսում: Երբ երգիչը ճանաչվում է, կարող է ամբողջ տարին շրջագայել թե´ կորպորատիվ միջոցառումների, թե´ համերգների մասնակցելու համար:

 Հայկական շոու բիզնեսը կարող է շատ տարածվել: Եթե կան հայ արտիստներ, որոնք ուզում ենք մեծ գումարներ, օրինակ՝ 30.000 դոլար, և այդ գումարը վճարողներ կան, նշանակում է, որ հայկական շոու բիզնեսն իր մեջ ներառում է բիզնես բառը։ Վստահաբար, շատ տեղեր ունի աճելու, պարզապես, գուցե ծիծաղելի բան ասեմ, բայց  արտիստներն են քիչ։ Մեզ մոտ կան չափազանց շատ ճանաչված և չափազանց քիչ սիրված երգիչներ։ Դրանց տարբերությունը շատ մեծ է։ Այսօր TV-ն հնարավորություն է տալիս վճարելու և երևալու եթերում։ Դա շատ նորմալ երևույթ է ամբողջ աշխարհում, սակայն մեծամասնության համար ավելի կարևոր է երևալը, որպեսզի հարևանն իրեն տեսնի, քան  սիրված լինելը։ Կարծում եմ՝ այսօր շատ քիչ են  աշխատասեր արտիստները։

 Երկար տարիներ է՝ հայկական շոու բիզնեսում առաջատար դիրքերում նույն արտիստներ են։ Կային արտիստներ, ովքեր շոու բիզնեսի ամենաբուռն տարիներին՝ 2006-2008 թվականներին մեծ սեր էին վայելում։ Ոմանք մնացինիրենց նշաձողի վրա, ոմանք՝ ոչ, թե շարունակում են աշխատել։ Ո՞րն է դիրքերը չզիջելու գրավականը։

 -Աշխատելը։ Շատ արտիստներ հասնում են ինչ–որ պլանկայի ու որոշում այլևս չաշխատել, քանի որ իրենց  հրավերները, հարցազրույցները շատ են: Թույլ են տալիս մտածել, որ կարող են ոչինչ անել։ Մենք ամեն տարի անում ենք  աշխատանք։
 Աշխատանք անելիս էլ շատ կարևոր է անկեղծ լինելը։ Շոու բիզնեսում շատերն ասում են՝ հիթային գործ եմ թողարկելու։ Իսկ ինչպե՞ս են հասկանում, որ դա հիթային գործ էր։ Ինչի՞ է իրենց թվում, որ հիթային գործ արեցին, բայց չընդունվեց: Եթե չընդունվեց, ուրեմն հիթային չէր, ուրեմն լավ չարեցիր։
