Աղվան Վարդանյան. «Դաշնակցությունը 99%–ով գնալու է առանձին»

Երեկ ՀՅԴ խմբակցության քարտուղար Աղվան Վարդանյանը ամփոփելով այս տարին, իր խոսքը սկսեց հետևյալ նախադասությամբ՝ «Ամփոփենք տարին, քանի տարիները մեզ չեն ամփոփել»: Աղվան Վարդանյանի խոսքով՝ Դաշնակցության համար 2016 թ. նոր սկզբի հնարավորություն էր մի քանի առումով:
Նախևառաջ` 2016 թ. սկսվեց կառավարման նոր համակարգով՝ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ, ինչը, ըստ նրա, իրական համակարգային փոփոխություն է: 2016 թ. երկրորդ համակարգային փոփոխությունը, նրա կարծիքով, Ընտրական օրենսգրքի փոփոխությունն էր: «Այս երկու համակարգային փոփոխություններում Դաշնակցության դերակատարությունը էական է: Կընդունեն մեր գործընկերները և մրցակիցները, թե ոչ` չգիտեմ, բայց այս երկու պարագայում էլ Դաշնակցության տարիների, տասնամյակների հետևողական աշխատանքի արդյունքում էր նաև, որ սա Հայաստանում հնարավոր եղավ: Հաջորդը համագործակցության համաձայնագիրն էր Դաշնակցության և ՀՀԿ–ի միջև, որի հիմքում դրված են մեր երկրին հուզող ներքին և արտաքին բոլոր խնդիրները: Շատերը մեզ փորձում են մեղադրել՝ դրա մեջ տեսնելով այլ ենթատեքստ: Մի բանում համոզված եղեք, եթե մենք վստահ չլինեինք, մենք երբեք չէինք գնա նման համագործակցության»,– նշեց ՀՅԴ խմբակցության քարտուղարը:
Ըստ նրա` նոր կառավարության քաղաքականության ծրագրի հիմքում դրված են հենց իրենց համաձայնագրում առաջադրված ուղղությունները և խնդիրները: «Որքանով դրանք արդյունավետ կլինեն, որքանով դրանք տեսանելի արդյունքներ կգրանցեն, մենք կտեսնենք 2017 թ.–ին՝ գիտակցելով հանդերձ, որ նախընտրական շրջան է և տնտեսական փոփոխությունների լավագույն ժամանակը չէ: Բայց մենք վստահ ենք, որ այս ուղղություններով ընթանալու և հետևողական աշխատանքի պարագայում մենք կունենանք նաև դրական ցուցանիշներ՝ և՛ տնտեսության մեջ, և՛ սոցիալական ոլորտում»,– հավելեց նա:
Ըստ Աղվան Վարդանյանի՝ մայիսից մինչև հիմա Դաշնակցության շարքերն են անցել մոտ 800 նորագիրներ, և նրանց 80–85%–ը երիտասարդներ են: Ովքեր նորոգում են կազմակերպությունը, թարմություն հաղորդում նրան: Ըստ նրա` շատ կարևոր է, որ նաև քաղաքական դաշտում սերնդափոխություն իրականացվի, որպեսզի մարդիկ կարողանան վստահել պետությանը, իշխանությանը և նոր սերնդին: Աղվան Վարդանյանը իր խոսքում նաև նշեց, որ այս պահին դաշինքի հարց իրենց օրակարգում չկա: Բայց ինչպես հայտնի խոսքում է ասվում՝ երբեք մի ասա երբեք:
