Բաղադրամասեր Խմորի համար՝ 750 գ ալյուր, 50 գ դրոժ, 200 գ ջուր, Խորիզի համար՝ 300 գ ընկույազի միջուկ, 300 գ շաքարավազ, 3 գ հիլ, Շերտավորման համար՝ 175 գ հալած յուղ, Վրան լցնելու համար՝ 150 գ մեղր, 100 գ հալած յուղ, Փախլավայի վրա քսելու համար՝ ձվի երկու դեղնուց
Պատրաստման եղանակը
Ամանը գոլ ջուր լցնել և մեջը դրոժ լուծել: Աստիճանաբար լցնել ալյուրը, անընդհատ խառնելով: Այնուհետև խմոր հունցել և սրբիչով ծածկած 30 — 40 րոպե դնել տաք տեղ:
Խորիզի համար՝ ընկույզի միջուկը մսաղացով աղալ և խառնել շաքարի և ծեծած հիլի հետ:
Խմորը բաժանել 14 մասի: Ալյուր ցանած սեղանի վրա խմորի կտորները գրտնակել բարակ շերտերով և վրան հալեցրած յուղ քսել: Յուղ քսած թիթեղաթերթի վրա դնել խմորի երեք շերտ, ընդ որում երկրորղ խմորաշերտի վրա լցնել պատրաստած խորիզի 1/5 մասը։ Այնուհետև չորս անգամ վրան դնել երկուական խմորաշերտ և ամեն անգամ խմորաշերտերի վրա լցնել խորիգի 1/5 մասը: Վերջում գնել 3-րդ խմորաշերտը, վրան քսել ձվի դեղնուց, երեսին շեղանկյուն կտրվածքներ անել և 30 - 35 րոպե դնել ջեռոցը: 10 - 12 րոպե հետո հանել և վրան հալեցրած յուղ լցնել: Պատրաստի փախլավայի վրա, կտրվածքի գծով, լցնել տաքացրած մեղր:
