«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «ՏԿ նախարարությունը նոյեմբերի 24-28-ը դեպի Մոսկվա 1 բիզնես-դասի տոմս է ձեռք բերել 454.000 դրամով, այնինչ էկոնոմ դասի տոմսը 3-4 անգամ էժան է: Նշենք, որ պետական միջոցներով թանկ տոմս ձեռք բերելու իրավունք ունեն միայն ԱԽ անդամները։
Տրանսպորտի եւ կապի նախարարությունից չկարողացան մեզ պատասխանել, թե ով է եղել Մոսկվա թռչող պաշտոնյան, բայց ասացին, որ նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանն այդ օրերին Բիշքեկում է եղել։ Այս դեպքում նշվում է, որ էկոնոմ դասի եւ բիզնես դասի տոմսերի արժեքի տարբերությունն ուղեւորն իր միջոցներից պետք է վճարի։ Դժվար է ասել տվյալ պաշտոնյան իր միջոցների՞ց է վճարել, թե՞ նախարարության հաշվին պրիմիտիվ գողության է տեղի ունեցել:
Նշենք նաեւ, որ էներգետիկայի նախարար Աշոտ Մանուկյանը նույն կերպ կրկնելով իր գործընկերոջը՝ դեկտեմբերի 6-8-ը Մոսկվայի մեկ բիզնես դասի տոմսի համար վճարել է 450 հազար դրամ՝ նորից տոմսի արժեքի տարբերությունը ուղեւորի սեփական միջոցներից գանձելու պայմանով:
Իսկ արդեն ՊԵԿ-ը առանց որեւէ բարդույթների հետդարձով դեպի Մոսկվա 1 բիզնես դասի տոմսի համար վճարել է 466 000 դրամ: Այս դեպքում էլ ամենայն հավանականությամբ, բիզնես դասով թռչելու եւ շարքային ուղեւորներից իրեն զատելու ցանկություն է ունեցել ՊԵԿ նախագահ Վարդան Հարությունյանը»:
