«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
ՀՀԿ–ական Ռուբեն Հովսեփյանը, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության անդամներ Հարություն Ղարագյոզյանը, Վահագն Մախսուդյանն ու Աբրահամ Մանուկյանն այսօր հայտնվել են «Փաստ» օրաթերթի՝ պատգամավորների աշխատանքը վերլուծող, այսօրվա համարի հոդվածում:
Այս պատգամավորներից ամենից շատ կողմ և ամենից քիչ դեմ քվեարկած պատգամավորը ՀՀԿ–ական Ռուբեն Հովսեփյանն է: Նա հօգուտ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնությունների 943 անգամ է քվեարկել, իսկ դեմ՝ 6 անգամ: Բացակայել է շատ քիչ՝ չորս տարվա մեջ 7 անգամ միայն, բայց դրա հետ միասին հարցեր և ելույթներ երբևէ չի ունեցել:
ԲՀԿ–ական պատգամավորները, ի տարբերություն իրենց ՀՀԿ–ական գործընկերոջ, ավելի շատ դեմ են քվեարկել, քան կողմ: Այսպես, Վահագն Մախսուդյանը կողմ է քվեարկել 502, Հարություն Ղարագյոզյանը 442 և Աբրահամ Մանուկյանն էլ՝ 244 անգամ: Այս երեքից ամենից շատ դեմ է քվեարկել Վահագն Մախսուդյանը՝ 71 անգամ: Նա նաև այս բոլորից ամենից շատ ձեռնպահ մնացած պատգամավորն է՝ դեմ կամ կողմ քվեարկելուց խուսափել է 165 անգամ: Այս երեք ԲՀԿ–ական պատգամավորներից ամենից շատ հարցուպատասխանի մասնակցել և ելույթներ է ունեցել Աբրահամ Մանուկյանը՝ համապատասխանաբար 10 և 14 անգամ: Վահագն Մախսուդյանը հարցուպատասխանի է մասնակցել 20 անգամ, իսկ ելույթ ունեցել՝ միայն մեկ անգամ: Նրանց երրորդ կուսակիցը՝ Հարություն Ղարագյոզյանը, պատգամավորական մանդատը ստանալուց հետո ո՛չ հարց է ունեցել, ո՛չ էլ՝ ելույթ: Բացի այդ, այս երեք ԲՀԿ–ականներից ամենից շատ թվով բացականեր ունի Աբրահամ Մանուկյանը, ով նախորդ չորս տարիների ընթացքում ԱԺ նիստերից բացակայել է 465 անգամ: Իր կուսակիցներ Վահագն Մախսուդյանն ու Հարություն Ղարագյոզյանը բացակայել են համապատասխանաբար 118 և 259 նիստից:
Ռուբեն Հովսեփյանը նախաձեռնություններ չունի, սակայն փոխարենը բավական շատ դրամական միջոցներ ունի, ըստ 2015 թ. հայտարարագրի՝ նա 59 միլիոն 761 հազար դրամ ունի:
Հարություն Ղարագյոզյանը նույնպես օրենսդրական նախաձեռնություններ չունի, նախորդ պատգամավորի պես նա էլ գրեթե նույնքան գումար է հայտարարագրել, ավելի կոնկրետ՝ 58 միլիոն 606 հազար դրամ:
Վահագն Մախսուդյանը նախաձեռնություններ չունի, ըստ www.parliamentmonitoring.am կայքի՝ վերջին շրջանում քննարկվող օրինագծերից դեմ է քվեարկել 2017 թ. բյուջեին: Դրամական միջոցները 2012 և 2015 թթ. փոքր–ինչ տարբեր են: Եթե պատգամավոր ընտրվելու տարում նա հայտարարագրել էր 14 միլիոն դրամ, ապա նախորդ տարվա տվյալներով՝ նա ունի արդեն 8 միլիոն 200 հազար դրամ:
Նշված պատգամավորներից Աբրահամ Մանուկյանը միակն է, ով անցած չորս տարիների ընթացքում գոնե մեկ նախաձեռնություն է բերել Ազգային ժողով: Նա վերարտադրողական առողջության վերաբերյալ օրենսդրական նախաձեռնության համահեղինակ է: ԲՀԿ–ական այս պատգամավորը իր մյուս գործընկերներից տարբերվում է նաև նրանով, որ նրանցից ամենահարուստն է: Նրա դրամական միջոցները, ըստ 2015 թ. Հայտարարագրի, կազմել են 464 միլիոն 552 հազար դրամ:
