Տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր-պրոֆեսոր, ԱԺ ԲՀԿ խմբակցության նախկին պատգամավոր Վարդան Բոստանջյանը զարմանալի բան չի տեսնում ԵՏՄ տարածքում ռուբլով որոշակի ապրանքների առք ու վաճառքի մեջ:
Պատասխանելով Past.am-ի հարցին՝ վերջինս մասնավորապես նշեց. «Եթե ոչ ռուբլով, ապա ինչո՞վ եք ուզում՝ դոլարո՞վ: Տեսեք, թե որքան տրամաբանական է գործընկերների միջև միասնական արտարժույթով առևտրաշրջանառությունը»:
Տնտեսագետը հավելեց, որ դատապարտելի բան այս ամենի մեջ ինքը չի տեսնում: «Ես զարմանում եմ մեր խելոք ազգի վրա, որ այս պահերին զարմանում են: Դուք պետք է անմիջապես շուռ գաք և հարցնեք, թե ինչո՞վ է այս ամենը բացատրվում, որ ամենազանազան արժույթները, մասնավորապես եվրոն ու դոլարը թափած են այստեղ: Որովհետև սա միջոց է ստվերում գործելու համար: Գնացեք եվրոգոտու երկրներից որևէ մեկը: Բացառված է այլ արտարժույթով գործարք իրականացնելը»,- ասաց պարոն Բոստանջյանը:
Ըստ Բոստանջյանի՝ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի առաջարկն ամենաբարձր մակարդակներում իմաստավորված էր ավելի դոմինանտ ինստիտուտի, օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության կողմից: «Երբեք չմտածեք, թե վարչապետը խոսելու բան չուներ, պարզապես ասաց դա»,- ավելացրեց տնտեսագիտության դոկտոր-պրոֆեսորը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին ՀՀ վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն առաջարկել է Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրներում ռազմավարական ապրանքների առևտրի դեպքում հրաժարվել դոլարից և անցում կատարել ռուբլով հաշվարկին։
