Ճապոնիայի բնակիչները հունվարի 1-ին վերջին անգամ կլսեն կայսր Ակիհիտոյի ամանորյա ուղերձը

Ճապոնիայի Ակիհիտո կայսրը 2017 թվականի հունվարի 1-ին վերջին անգամ ազգին կդիմի ամանորյա ուղերձով: Ինչպես պատմել Է կայսերական արքունիքի վարչության փոխղեկավար Յասուհիկո Նիսիմուրան, որոշվել Է եկող տարվանից կայսերն ազատել այդ պարտականությունից, տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը:
«Վարչությունը միշտ Էլ ուշադրությամբ հետեւում Է այն բանին, թե պաշտոնական ինչ պարտականություններ պետք Է կատարի կայսրն իր տարիքում»,- հայտարարել Է Նիսիմուրան մամուլի ասուլիսում:
Ակիհիտոն 1989 թվականին գահակալության պահից ի վեր ամեն տարի ազգին դիմում Էր ամանորյա ուղերձով: Այժմ որոշել են նրան ազատել այդ պարտականությունից, որպեսզի փոքր-ինչ բեռնաթափեն կայսրին, որը դեկտեմբերի 23-ին նշել Է իր ծննդյան 83-ամյակը:
Օգոստոսի սկզբին Ճապոնիայի Ակիհիտո կայսրը հանդես Է եկել ազգին հղված տեսաուղերձով, որում պատմել Է տարիքի պատճառով «պետության խորհրդանիշի» իր պարտականությունների կատարման հետ կապված մտահոգությունների մասին եւ հասկանալ Է տվել, որ պատրաստ Է գահը փոխանցել իր որդուն՝ գահաժառանգ արքայազն Նարուհիտոյին:
Ակիհիտոյի ուղերձից հետո Ճապոնիայի կառավարությանն առընթեր ստեղծել Է հատուկ փորձագիտական խորհուրդ, որը քննարկում Է գահից նրա հրաժարման հնարավորությունը:
Սոցիալական հարցումների տվյալների համաձայն՝ ճապոնացիների շուրջ 90 տոկոսը պատրաստ Է պաշտպանել հօգուտ որդու գահից հրաժարվելու կայսեր որոշումը, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ գործակալությունը:
