Շիրակի և Արագածոտնի մարզերում աղիքային թունավորման դեպքերով քրգործերը կքննվեն մեկ վարույթում

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչության վարույթում քննվող քրեական գործով պարզվել է, որ Ձիթհանքով գյուղին մատակարարված ջուրը չի համապատասխանում «Խմելու ջուր» սանիտարական կանոնների և նորմերի պահանջներին։

Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին «Գյումրու հակատուբերկուլյոզային հիվանդանոց»-ից ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ սուր աղիքային ինֆեկցիայով իրենց մոտ բուժօգնության է տեղափոխվել Ձիթհանքով գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի 4 աշակերտ:

Դեպքի առթիվ 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 11-ին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Շիրակի մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 279-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (անվտանգության պահանջներին չհամապատասխանող ապրանքներ թողարկելը կամ իրացնելը, աշխատանքներ կատարելը կամ ծառայություններ մատուցելը, որով անզգուշությամբ վնաս են պատճառել երկու կամ ավելի անձանց առողջությանը):

Նախաքննության ընթացքում պարզվել է, որ 2015 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ից 15-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում «Գյումրու հակատուբերկուլյոզային հիվանդանոց» «աղիքային սուր ինֆեկցիա» ախտորոշմամբ դիմել է 31 անձ, որոնցից 6-ն ստացել է ամբուլատոր բուժում, իսկ 25-ը՝ ստացիոնար: 31 անձից 16-ը Ձիթհանքով գյուղի բնակիչ է:

Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ 2015թ. սեպտեմբերի 9-10-ը Շիրակի մարզի Ձիթհանքով գյուղի միջնակարգ դպրոցի ճաշացանկը, ճաշատեսակներից և ջրից վերցվել են նմուշներ, նշանակվել փորձաքննություններ։

Ջրի փորձանմուշներ են վերցվել նաև գյուղի տարբեր հասցեներից։ «Հիվանդների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի «Շիրակ» մասնաճյուղի տեղեկանքի համաձայն՝ Ձիթհանքով գյուղի տարբեր հասցեներից վերցված ջրի փորձանմուշներում մնացորդային քլոր չի հայտնաբերվել, իսկ մանէաբանական հետազոտության արդյունքում 20 նմուշ չի համապատասխանել ՍԿ N2 III1 «Խմելու ջուր» սանիտարական կանոնների և նորմերի պահանջներին:
Նույն ժամանակահատվածում թունավորման դեպքեր են արձանագրվել նաև Արածագածոտնի մարզում, այդ թվում՝ Զարինջա համայնքում, որի ջուրը մատակարարվում է միևնույն ակունքից, որը սպասարկում է Թալինի ջրմուղկոյուղին:

Հաշվի առնելով քննության արդյունքները՝ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի նախագահի հանձնարարությամբ` Շիրակի և Արագածոտնի մարզերում արձանագրված աղիքային թունավորումների դեպքերի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործերը միացվել են մեկ վարույթում:

Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները բազմակողմանի և լրիվ հետազոտելու, թունավորման աղբյուրը, պատճառները պարզելու ուղղությամբ։
