Բոտուլիզմի դեպքերը Հայաստանում նվազել են

Բոտուլիզմի հետևանքով թունավորման դեպքերը Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում 2016 թվականին նվազել են։
Ըստ վիճակագրական տվյալների, 2016 թվականին արձանագրվել է 8 դեպք՝ 18 տուժածով և 2 մահվան ելքով։ 2015 թվականին եղել է 15 դեպք՝ 26 տուժածով, մահվան ելք չի գրանցվել։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ այս մասին հայտնեց Առողջապահության պետական տեսչության հիգիենայի բաժնի պետ Մարգարիտա Բաբայանը։
«Նոր տարվա օրերին հորդորում ենք զերծ մնալ տան պայմաններում պատրաստված պահածոներից։ Սննդամթերքը գնելիս անպայման խանութներում ուշադրություն է պետք դարձնել պահպանման պայմաններին և պիտանելիության ժամկետներին»,- շեշտեց Բաբայանը։
Մասնագետը կոչ արեց հանրային սննդի կազմակերպություններին, որոնք այս օրերին պատրաստում են աղցաններ, պահպանել հիգիենայի կանոնները, մինչև օգտագործելը դրանց վրա չլցնել մայոնեզ կամ թթվասեր։ «Միայն մատուցելուց առաջ է կարելի համեմել աղցանները, քանի որ դրանք 6-7 ժամ մնում են սեղանին, ախտահարվում են տարբեր մանրէներով։ Հետագայում կարող են արձանագրվել սննդային թունավորումներ։ Պետք է պահպանել սառնարանում՝ կիսապատրաստուկների տեսքով և ընդամենը 3 օր»,- նշեց Առողջապահության պետական տեսչության հիգիենայի բաժնի պետը։
Բոլոր սննդատեսակները, թե տանը պատրաստված, թե հանրային սննդի կետերում, պետք է լինեն քիչ քանակությամբ։ Ինչպես նաև չպետք է խառնել տարբեր կերակրատեսակներ միմյանց հետ՝ հատկապես յուղոտ մսերը, ընդեղենը, քանի որ դրանք հետագայում կարող են հանգեցնել աղեստամոքսային խանգարումների։ «Անպայման պետք է ուշադիր լինեն կրեմային հրուշակեղեն պատրաստող ընկերությունները։ Նրանք պարտադիր պետք է ձուն, մրգերը և հատկապես հատապտուղները մանրակրկիտ լվանան»,- ասաց Մարգարիտա Բաբայանը։
Թունավորման դեպքում առաջին օգնությունը պետք է լինի ստամոքսի լվացումը։ Բոտուլիզմի թունավորման դեպքում այն հնարավոր է մի քանի օր հետո արտահայտվի։ Բոտուլիզմի թունավորման նշանները պետք չէ խառնել ուրիշ սննդամթերքի թունավորման հետ։ Առաջին հերթին երկտեսություն է առաջանում, որի ընթացքում տեսողությունը խանգարվում է, հաջորդ նշանը՝ ձայնի խռպոտության առաջացումն է և կլման ակտի բացակայությունը, որի ժամանակ մարդը չի կարողանում ջուր խմել։
