Իրաքի զինուժերը Մոսուլում նոր հարձակում են ծավալել ԻՊ-ի դիրքերի վրա

 Իրաքի զինված ուժերի հատուկ նշանակության ստորաբաժանումները նոր հարձակում են ծավալել Մոսուլ քաղաքում «Իսլամական պետություն» ահաբեկչական խմբավորման դիրքերի վրա նոր հարձակում են ծավալել ԻՊ-ի դիրքերի վրա: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է «Աս Սումարիա» հեռուստաալիքը: 
Ըստ առկա տեղեկատվության, գործողության առաջին փուլի ընթացքում հաջողվել Է վերականգնել հսկողությունը Մոսուլի արեւելյան մասի 56 շրջաններից 40-ի նկատմամբ: 
«Մեր զորքերը ներկայում հարձակվում են: Առաջին հինգ կամ տասը րոպեի ընթացքում մենք կարողացանք առաջ շարժվել 500 մետր»,-Reuters գործակալությունը մեջբերել Է ՆԳ նախարարության Էլիտային ստորաբաժանման ներկայացուցչի խոսքը:
Ավելի վաղ Իրաքի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Իբրահիմ ալ Ջաաֆարին ՌԻԱ Նովոստիին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել Է, որ իրաքյան բանակի ստորաբաժանումները «Իսլամական պետություն» խմբավորման զինյալներից ազատագրել են Մոսուլ քաղաքի մեծ մասը: «Խոսքը վերաբերում Է 56 շրջաններից 40-ին: Սկսվում Է մնացած 16 շրջանների ազատագրման աշխատանքը»,-ասել Է նա:
Դեկտեմբերի 27-ին Իրաքի վարչապետ Հայդեր ալ Աբադին հայտարարել Է, որ Մոսուլի լիակատար ազատագրման համար կպահանջվի երեք ամիս: Նույն օրը միջազգային կոալիցիայի զորքերի հրամանատար, ԱՄՆ-ի բանակի գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Սթիվեն Թաունսենդն այն ենթադրությունն Է արել, որ ԻՊ-ի կողմից վերահսկվող Սիրիայի Ռաքքա եւ Իրաքի Մոսուլ քաղաքները զինյալներից կմաքրվեն մինչեւ 2018 թվականի վերջը:
Իրաքի՝ մեծությամբ երկրորդ քաղաքի եւ ԻՊ-ի կողմից վերահսկվող իրաքյան տարածքների ոչ պաշտոնական մայրաքաղաքի՝ Մոսուլի համար ճակատամարտն սկսվել Է հոկտեմբերի 17-ին: Միջազգային կոալիցիան՝ ԱՄՆ-ի գլխավորությամբ, հարձակմանն աջակցում Է օդից:   
Քաղաքը պաշարած զորքերի ընդհանուր թվաքանակը կազմում Է շուրջ 100 հազար: Ամերիկյան հետախուզության տվյալների համաձայն՝ նրանց կարող են դիմադրություն ցույց տալ մինչեւ հինգ հազար զինյալներ, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
