Կառավարությունը բիզնեսին կառաջարկի գյուղմթերք գնելու պետական վարկավորում

 ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը Տնտեսական զարգացման և ներդրումների և Գյուղատնտեսության նախարարներին հանձնարարեց՝ առևտրի խոշոր ցանցերում ներկայացված գյուղատնտեսական արտադրանքի վերամշակման ոլորտի հիմնական տնտեսվարողներին մեկամսյա ժամկետում հանգամանալից ներկայացնել հ ումքի մթերման վճարումների կատարման համար պետական վարկավորման առաջարկվող մեխանիզմը և գրավչության առկայության դեպքում ներկայացնել առաջարկություններ վարկային նոր պրոդուկտի ներդրման վերաբերյալ:

 «Անհրաժեշտ է քննարկել բանկերի և այլ կառույցների հետ նշված մեխանիզմով ֆինանսավորման համար, բացի «Գյուղական ֆինանսավորման կառույց» պետական հիմնարկի կողմից կառավարվող վարկային ֆոնդերից, այլ միջոցներ ներգրավելու հնարավորությունը: Խոսքն ինչի՞ մասին է. մենք փորձում ենք ստեղծել մի հարթակ, լոգիստիկ կենտրոն, որտեղ  պետք  է փորձենք օգնել վերամշակող գյուղատնտեսական մթերումներով զբաղվող մեր կառույցներին, որպեսզի այդ ֆինանսական հոսքերը, մթերումները կազմակերպեն ավելի էֆեկտիվ, ավելի կանխատեսելի»,-&nb sp;«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ, ասաց վարչապետը՝ ավելացնելով, որ գյուղատնտեսական ոլորտում ակնկալվում է արտադրանքի աճ, ուստի պետք է քայլեր ձեռնարկվեն, որպեսզի լրացուցիչ ֆինանսական ճգնաժամեր չստեղծվեն: 

«Այդ մեխանիզմը մենք առաջարկելու ենք բիզնես կառույցներին, որևէ պարտադրանք, ադմինիստրատիվ հանձնարարական այդ բիզնես կառույցներին չկա: Կարծում եմ՝ մեր առաջարկը լինելու է իրենց համար շահավետ, այդ իսկ պատճառով ով համաձայնվի այդ հարթակում մասնակցություն ունենալ, ապա իր համար կստեղծի նպաստավոր պայմաններ»,- ասաց Կարապետյանը:
