ԵԿՄ վարչության նախագահ, Արցախի հերոս, Զորավար Մանվել Գրիգորյանը շնորհավորել է ՀՀ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ: Գեներալի ուղերձում մասնավորապես ասված է.

«Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ, հարգելի՛ երկրապահ հայ ազգ.


Եռասերունդ Երկրապահ Կամավորականների միության, Հանրապետության բոլոր Երկրապահ կամավորականների, 5-րդ բրիգադի մարտիկների, երիտասարդ ու պատանի երկրապահների և իմ անունից շնորհավորում եմ ՀՀ Անկախության օրվա առթիվ:
Անկախության մեր անցած ճանապարհին մենք միասնաբար հաղթահարեցինք լուրջ դժվարություններ, պաշտպանեցինք պետական սահմանները, Արցախի ինքնուրույնությունը, ստեղծեցինք հզոր բանակ և շարունակում ենք կայացնել ու հզորացնել մեր պետականությունը: Սա մեր ժողովրդի դարավոր երազանքն է, որին տեր ենք մեր բոլոր սերունդներով և արժանապատվությամբ, որովհետև, ինչպես Սպարապետ Վազգեն Սարգսյանն էր ասում. «Անկախությունը մեզ համար բացարձակ արժեք է»:


Մեր ժողովուրդը դժվարությունների, մաքառումների և հերոս տղաների արյան գնով աշխարհին ապացուցեց, որ կարող է ապրել ազատ ու անկախ, կարող է իր որդիների կյանքի գնով պաշտպանել անկախ ապրելու իր սրբազան իրավունքը, կարող է ապահովել ՀՀ և Արցախի այլևս անբեկանելի անկախությունը:


Ազատության ու անկախության հաղթանակի դրոշը պարզած հայ ժողովուրդը մշտապես հավատով ու հույսով լցված պիտի նայի ապագային և միակամ ու միասնական շարժվի դեպի համահայկական նպատակների իրականացում՝ իր արժանվույն տեղը զբաղեցնելով քաղաքակիրթ մարդկության առաջատարների շարքերում:


Անկախության օրը սրբազնագույն տոն է, մեր ազգային տոնացույցի ամենագլխավոր տոնն է, մեր նորանկախ պետության ու ժողովրդի երանելի ճանապարհը, որի խաղաղ ընթացքի ապահովման համար թափված արյան արժեքի գիտակցումով եռասերունդ երկրապահները, Հանրապետության բոլոր Երկրապահ կամավորականները միշտ պատրաստ են ու զգոն:

Միասնականության ամուր հավատով, ու հանուն մեր սուրբ նահատակների հիշատակի մենք պարտավոր ենք հաղթահարել նաև մեզ սպասող բոլոր մարտահրավերները և առաջ ընթանալ' ապագան վստահելով նոր սերնդին:

Քսանչորսամյա մեր անկախությունը յուրաքանչյուրիս ամենօրյա հոգատարության կարիքն ունի:

Տեր կանգնենք մեր անկախությանը, միասնաբար, ազգովի, ողջ ներուժով պահպանենք ձեռքբերածը, հզորացնենք մեր երկիրը և վստահաբար փոխանցենք նոր սերնդին: Մեր համար կարևորը ոչ միայն ձեռք բերելն է, այլ նաև ձեռք բերածը պահպանելն ու նոր սերնդին փոխանցելը:

Երկրապահի և պետական կառույցների համագործակցությունը, որն հաստատում է փոխըմբռնման հուշագրերով ուղված է այս վեհ առաքելությանը:

Մեր հզորությունը մեր միասնության մեջ է։

Անկախության տոնի առթիվ կրկին շնորհավորում եմ բոլորիս՝ աշխարհասփյուռ հայ ազգին, մեր զինված ուժերին՝ շարքայինից մինչեւ նախարար ու գերագույն գլխավոր հրամանատար, զոհված ազատամարտիկների հարազատներին, հայրենիքի պաշտպանության համար հերոս զավակներ ծնող մեր հերոս մայրերին, եռասերունդ երկրապահին, միշտ մարտունակ արցախահայությանը, եւս անգամ երկրի սահմաններում կանգնած հայ զինվորին, աշխարհասփյուռ հայ ժողովրդին և ցանկանում խաղաղություն ու անսպառ հավատ' հարազատ պետության ու ապագայի հանդեպ»:
