Արգենտինահայերը միասնական համայնքային կառույց է ձևավորում

Արգենտինայի հայ համայնքը ներկայացնող կազմակերպությունները համայնքում միասնական կառույց ստեղծելու մասին պայմանագիր են ստորագրել: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով Prensa Armenia-ն, նախաձեռնությունն առաջացել է Հայոց ցեղասպանության 100-ամյա տարելիցի միջոցառումների կազմակերպման միասնական հաջողված փորձի ար դյունքում:
Հայկական ավանդական կուսակցությունները` Դաշնակցությունը, Հնչակյան և Ռամկավար կուսակցությունները ներկայացված են եղել համապատասխան հասարակական կազմակերպությունների միջոցով` Հայկական մշակութային ասոցիացիա, Հայկական «Շարժում» մշակութային միություն և Հայկական լիբերալ դեմոկրատական կազմակերպություն: Պայմանագիրը ստորագրել են նաև Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միությունը, Հայկական հիմնադրամը և «Լոգիա Արարատը»: Փաստաթուղթը ստորագրվել է Բուենոս Այրեսի Սուրբ Գրիգոր Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցում` Արգենտինայի և Չիլիի թեմի առաջնորդ Գիսակ արքեպիսկոպոս Մուրադյանի հովանու ներքո:
«Մենք կարևոր քայլ ենք կատարել հայ համայնքի գործունեության ինստիտուցիոնալիզացիայի ուղղությամբ: Սա դեռևս ներկայացուցչական մարմին չէ, սակայն ճանապարհ է հարթում նման մարմին ձևավորելու ուղղությամբ»,- ասել է Արգենտինայի հայ համայնքի ներկայացուցիչ, պրոֆեսոր Խաչիկ Տեր-Ղուկասյանը:
Փաստաթղթում ամրագրված են նաև Արգենտինայի հայ համայնքի վեց հիմնական նպատակները, որոնց ուղղությամբ պետք է աշխատի ձևավորվելիք կառույցը: Առաջին` Թուրքիային` որպես Օսմանյան կայսրության իրավահաջորդի կողմից 1915-1923 թվականների Հայոց ցեղասպանության բարոյական և նյութական հետևանքների հատուցման պահանջ: Երկրորդ` Հայոց ցեղասպանության փաստը մոռանալու, հարցականի տակ դնելու, ժխտելու, հարաբերական կամ պարզունակ դարձնելու ցանկացած փորձին հակազդում: Երրորդ` Հայաստանի Հանրապետության ճանաչում որպես հայ ժողովրդի գոյատևման և լեգիտիմ ձգտումների իրականա ցման երաշխավոր: Չորրորդ` Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու պատմական դերի արժևորում` առանց որևէ կրոնական կառույցի կամ անհատի հավատամքի արժեքավոր ներդրման ժխտման: Հինգերորդ` համայնքային կառույցների դերի նկատմամբ հարգանք` որպես հայ մշակույթի տարածման և զարգացման միջոցներ: Վեցերորդ` կրթության կարևորում` որպես հայ ինքնության զարգացման և հարստացման միջոց:
