Ամանորի կարևորագույն բաղկացուցիչներից է տարբեր ուտեստներով զարդարված սեղանը: Այս օրերին գրեթե բոլորի խոհանոցներում իսկական խառնաշփոթ է: Հաղորդավարուհի Արևիկ Ուդումյանը բացառություն չէ:) Արևիկին օգնության էր հասել քույրը՝ Հելենը:

 Tert.am Life-ը ֆոտոշարք է իրականացրել քույրերի հետ և ներկայացնում է, թե նրանք  ինչ են առաջարկում պատրաստել Ամանորին: Ի դեպ, Արևիկն առաջին անգամ է համաձայնել որևէ լրատվամիջոցի հյուրընկալել իր տանը:)

 «Ամանորին կարևորում եմ ոչ թե լեցուն սեղաներն ու միանման ուտեստները, այլ հատուկ տվյալ հանդիպման ու տվյալ հյուրերի համար պատրաստածը, որը պետք է լինի ոչ միայն համեղ, այլեւ գեղեցիկ: Ինձ մոտ Նոր տարվա սեղանն այդքան էլ չի տարբերվում մնացած օրերից: Միակ տարբերությունն այն է, որ այդ օրերին մեզ ուղեկցում է տոնական տրամադրությունը»,- ասաց Արևիկը:

 Վերջինս մեր ընթերցողներին առաջարկում է պատրաստել դասական կեքս. «Միշտ պատրաստում եմ այն, պարզապես տոնական օրերին տարբեր գույներ եմ ավելացնում՝ հաղորդելով տոնական տեսք»:

 Արևիկի քույրը՝ Հելենն էլ միշտ փայլում է խոհանոցում: Նա նույնիսկ նշել է, որ միակ տեղը, որտեղ գերազանցում է Արևիկին, խոհանոցն է:) Նա ծովամթերքով հարուստ ուտեստի բաղադրատոմս ներկայացրեց մեր ընթերցողներին:

 «Կարևորն այն է, որ կանայք խոհանոցում իրենց սերն ու ջերմությունը փոխանցեն ուտեստներին: Այն, ինչ սիրով ես պատրաստում, շատ համեղ է ստացվում»,- ասաց Հելենը:

Վերոնշյալ բաղադրիչները խառնել տարայի մեջ: Ստացված զանգվածը լցնել ձեւավոր ամանների մեջ: Ջեռոցում եփել 180 °C-ով, 35-45 րոպե:

 Պատրաստման եղանակը

 Բրինձը խաշել, համեմել աղով և զեյթունի ձեթով։ Մանր ծովախեցգետինը տապակել զեյթունի ձեթի մեջ, համեմել աղով և սոյա սոուսով։ Նույն թավայի մեջ տապակել սաղմոն ձուկը։ Երկու կողմը մի փոքր տապակելուց հետո սաղմոն ձկան վրա լցնել թթվասերի սոուսը (թթվասեր, աղ, պղպեղ, մանր կտրտած մաղադանոս)։ Ավոկադոն մաքրել, կտրատել փոքր քառակուսիներով և համեմել աղով, պղպեղով, լիմոնի հյութով և զեյթունի ձեթով։ Ափսեի մեջ լցնել խաշած բրինձը, վրան լցնել ավոկադոն, կողքերը գեղեցիկ շարել տապակած ծովախեցգետինը, վրայից դնել սաղմոն ձուկը։ Զարդարել կարմիր խավիարով, լիմոնի բարակ շերտերով և մաղադանոսով։
