ԼՂՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը շնորհավորական ուղերձ է հղել՝ Ամանորի և Սուրբ Ծնունդի առիթով։
Նրա ուղերձը ներկայացնում ենք ամբողջությամբ։
«Թանկագի՛ն հայրենակիցներ,
Տարեմուտի նախաշեմին, ինչպես մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրն անհատապես, այնպես էլ խորհրդարանը՝ որպես ժողովրդի ներկայացուցչական մարմին, ամփոփում է անցնող տարվա ձեռքբերումները, վերարժևորում ունեցածն ու նախանշում ապագայի անելիքները:
Անցնող 2016-ը բարդ ու մարտահրավերներով լի էր ոչ միայն Արցախի, այլև ողջ հայության համար: Ապրիլին հակառակորդի կողմից հրահրված պատերազմն այն փորձությունն էր, որին արժանապատվորեն դիմակայելով, մենք ապացուցեցինք հայի միասնականության անպարտելիությունն ու աշխարհում մեր լինելիության արդարացի իրավունքը: Անշուշտ, այս փորձությունը հաղթահարեցինք հայոց փառավոր բանակի և նրա քաջարի զինվորների շնորհիվ: Ցավոք, ունեցանք անդառնալի կորուստեր, ովքեր համալրեցին հերոս հայորդիների շարքերը:
Անցնող տարում հանդիսավոր նշելով Արցախի Հանրապետության անկախության 25-րդ տարեդարձը՝ ի լուր աշխարհի վերստին փաստեցինք, որ ամուր ենք կանգնած ազատ ու անկախ հայրենիք ունենալու և այն շենացնելու անբեկանելի ճանապարհին: Այս ուղղությամբ կատարեցինք ևս մեկ խորհրդանշական քայլ՝ նախաձեռնելով հանրապետության հետագա զարգացման համար առանցքային նշանակություն ունեցող սահմանադրական փոփոխությունների գործընթացը:
Բոլորովին վերջերս մենք նշեցինք նաև առաջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների քառորդդարյա հոբելյանը՝ հանրագումարի բերելով պառլամենտարիզմի զարգացման մակարդակը: Օրինաստեղծ աշխատանքի հետ միասին խորհրդարանը քայլեր է ձեռնարկում արտասահմանյան գործընկերների հետ համագործակցության ամրապնդման ուղղությամբ՝ խարսխելով այն Արցախի միջազգային ճանաչման առաջնահերթությամբ:
Սիրելի՛ հայրենակիցներ,
Թևակոխելով նոր 2017 թվական՝ վստահ եմ, որ գալիք տարին ևս Արցախի նորանկախ պատմության մեջ արժևորվելու է նոր հաղթանակներով ու ձեռքբերումներով: Ուստի մաղթում եմ բոլորիս ամուր առողջություն, անսահման եռանդ ու անխաթար հավատ՝ ազատության մեր ապագա ճանապարհին:
