«Հաց բերող» Արթուր Սարգսյանին ազատել են կալանքից։ Այդ մասին Facebook-ում հայտնել է նրա փաստաբան Տիգրան Եգորյանը։
«Նախատոնական լավ լուր․ քիչ առաջ կալանքից ազատ արձակվեց Արթուր Սարգսյանը, ով ժողովրդի մեջ հայտնի է որպես «Հաց բերող»»,- գրել է նա։
Դատախազության հաղորդագրության մեջ էլ նշվում է, թե Արթուր Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը փոփոխվել է քրեական գործի նախաքննության օրինականության նկատմամբ հսկողություն իրականացնող դատախազի կողմից: «Հիմք ընդունելով բժշկական կոնսիլիումի եզրակացությամբ Ա.Սարգսյանի մոտ ախտորոշված հիվանդությունը, որը նվազեցնում է նրա կողմից քննությունից խուսափելու, նոր հանցանք կատարելու հավանականությունը, վերջինիս նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը»:
Հուլիսի 26-ին Արթուր Սարգսյանն անձնական մեքենան բեռնել էր սննդամթերքով, ճեղքել ոստիկանական պատնեշն ու կյանքը վտանգելով հաց է հասցրել ՊՊԾ գնդում գտնվող զինված խմբին։
Նշենք, որ Արթուր Սարգսյանը առողջական լուրջ խնդիրներ ունի, նրա փաստաբանները բազմիցս դիմել են պատկան մարմիններին՝ Արթուր Սարգսյանին ազատելու միջնորդությամբ, իսկ որոշ ժամանակ առաջ էլ հայց էին ներկայացրել ՄԻԵԴ։ Փաստաբանները նաեւ նշել էին, թե Արթուր Սարգսյանի նկատմամբ «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ վարչակազմի կողմից անմարդկային վերաբերմունք է դրսեւորվում։
Հիշեցնենք, որ սկզբում Արթուր Սարգսյանը մեղադրվում էր զինված խմբի կազմում նախնական համաձայնության շրջանակներում հուլիսի 17-ին ՊՊԾ գնդի տարածք մտնելու մեջ: Հետագայում նրա մեղադրանքը փոխվեց: Նա այժմ մեղադրվում է «Սասնա ծռերին» օժանդակելու մեջ:
