ՌԴ ԱԳՆ արձագանքել է Բորդյուժայի կողմից «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» ձևակերպմանը

Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունը պաշտոնապես արձագանքել է ՀԱՊԿ Գլխավոր քարտուղար Նիկոլայ Բորդյուժայի՝ Հայաստանի Տավուշի մարզի Չինարի գյուղի մոտ տեղի ունեցած դիվերսիոն փորձի վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանության մեջ հնչած «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետություն» ձևակերպմանը:
Պատասխանելով ադրբեջանական APA լրատվական գործակալության հարցմանը՝ ՌԴ ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայությունը նշել է, որ ՀԱՊԿ անդամ պետությունների դիրքորոշումը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության վերաբերյալ հստակ կերպով ամրագրված է Երևանում 2016թ.-ի հոկտեմբեր 14-ին համատեղ արված հայտարարության մեջ, ինչպես նաև հավելել, որ Ռուսաստանը շարունակում է իր աջակցությունը հայտնել այս տարվա մայիսի 16-ին Վիեննայում և հունիսի 20-ին Սանկտ Պետերբուրգում ձեռք բերված պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնք միտված են հակամարտության գոտում բախումների սրացում թույլ չտալուն և խաղաղ պայմաններում բանակցությունների գործընթացի շարունակման հնարավորության պայմանների ապահովմանը:
«Վերահաստատում ենք Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության բացառապես խաղաղ ճանապարհով լուծման վերաբերյալ միջազգային իրավունքի նորմերին համապատասխանող մեր դիրքորորոշումը, որն արձանագրված է ՄԱԿ-ի կանոնադրությամբ և Հելսինկյան Եզրափակիչ Արձանագրությունում, որոնք վերաբերում են ուժի կիրառման կամ դրա սպառնալիքի բացառմանը, պետությունների տարածքային ամբողջականությանը և ժողովուրդների ազատությանը իրավահավասարությանը և ազատ ինքնորոշման իրավունքին», - իր հայտարարությունը եզրափակել է ՌԴ ԱԳՆ-ն:
