Կիտրոնի հյութը որոշ ճաշատեսակներում փոխարինում է քացախին: Կիտրոնի հյութը ոչ միայն՝ համեղ է, այլև՝ չափազանց օգտակար: Սակայն կիտրոնի հյութն առավել օգտակար է աղով և սև պղպեղով: Պարզվում է՝ նմանատիպ խառնուրդով կարելի է ոչ միայն՝ համեմել կերակրատեսակները, այլև՝ օգտագործել որպես պրոֆիլակտիկ միջոց մի շարք առողջական խնդիրների դեմ: Ինչպե՞ս օգտագործել կիտրոնը, աղն ու սև պղպեղը Կոկորդի ցավի դեպքում 1 ճ/գ կիտրոնի հյութն ավելացրեք մեկ բաժակ ջրի մեջ: Ավելացրեք նաև 1 թ/գ աղ և 0.5 թ/գ սև աղացած պղպեղ: Ստացված լուծույթով ողողեք կոկորդն օրական 2-3 անգամ: Լեղապարկը քարերից մաքրելու համար 3 թ/գ ձիթապտղի յուղը խառնեք 1 թ/գ կիտրոնի հյութով և 1 թ/գ սև աղացած պղպեղով: Խառնուրդն օգտագործեք ամեն օր: Սրտխառնոցի և ստամոքսի խանգարման դեպքում 1 թ/գ սև պղպեղը խառնեք 1 ճ/գ կիտրոնի հյութով և խմեք ստացված խառնուրդը: Սև պղպեղն արդյունավետ կերպով պայքարում է ստամոքսի խանգարման դեմ, իսկ կիտրոնը կանխարգելում է սրտխառնոցը: Քթի արյունահոսության դեպքում 5-6 կաթիլ կիտրոնի հյութի մեջ բամբակի կտոր թրջեք և այն տեղադրեք քթանցքի մեջ: Այս մեթոդը նաև արդյունավետ կերպով հանգստացնում է գլխացավն ու սրտխառնոցը: Ավելորդ քաշից ազատվելու համար՝ 1 բաժակ գոլ ջրին ավելացրեք 2 թ/գ կիտրոնի հյութ, 0.25 թ/գ պղպեղ և 1 ճ/գ մեղր: Խառնուրդը խմեք դատարկ ստամոքսին: Կիտրոնն ու սև պղպեղը լավացնում են նյութափոխանակությունը: Ցիտրուսի բաղադրության մեջ մտնող պոլիֆենոլները կանխարգելում են քաշի կուտակումը, ինչպես նաև՝ խթանում են ճարպերի այրման գործընթացը: Այս բոլոր բուժիչ միջոցները կարող եք պատրաստել տան պայմաններում: Միշտ չէ, որ հնարավոր է դեղատնային միջոցներ օգտագործել, իսկ աննշան առողջական խնդիրների դեպքում դրանք այդքան էլ ցանկալի չեն: Օգտվեք այս պարզ խորհուրդներից և լուծեք ձեր առողջական խնդիրները:
