Հայտնի է Երեւանի «Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն» հիվանդանոցում 1,5 տարի առաջ 6 ամսական երեխայի մահվան գործով դատաբժշկական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննության եզրակացությունը:
NEWS.am-ի հարցին ի պատասխան Քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից հայտնել են, որ 2015թ. օգոստոսի 7-ին քաղաքացի Աղասի Սարգսյանից հաղորդում էր ստացվել, որ նույն օրը ժամը 12:40-ի սահմաններում եղբոր 6 ամսական դուստրը Երեւանի «Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն» հիվանդանոցում բժիշկների անփութության հետեւանքով մահացել է:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 130-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով, նախաքննության ընթացքում փոքրիկը ճանաչվել է տուժող, իսկ մայրը` տուժողի իրավահաջորդ:
Քրեական գործով ձեռնարկվել են անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողություններ` բազմակողմանի, օբյեկտիվ եւ լրիվ քննությունն ապահովելու ուղղությամբ, հարցաքննվել են մի շարք անձինք, այդ թվում` բժշկական կենտրոնի աշխատակիցները: Քրեական գործով էական նշանակություն ունեցող հանգամանքները պարզելու համար նշանակվել են փորձաքննություններ:
Քննությամբ պարզվել է, որ երեխան մահացել է օրգանիզմի ընդհանուր ինտոքսիկացիայից: Համաձայն դատաբժշկական հանձնաժողովային փորձաքննության` փոքրիկի բժշկական օգնության կազմակերպման եւ տրամադրման տարբեր փուլերում ախտորոշիչ եւ տակտիկական բնույթի բացթողումներ, խախտումներ թույլ չեն տրվել: Նրա նկատմամբ «Աբովյանի» բժշկական կենտրոնում եւ «Նորքի ինֆեկցիոն» հիվանդանոցում բուժօգնությունը եղել է գիտականորեն հիմնավորված եւ ճիշտ, սակայն կանխել մահվան ելքը հնարավոր չի եղել, քանի որ մահը պայմանավորված է եղել հիվանդությունների արագընթաց եւ հարաճուն ընթացքով:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների համակցությամբ` որոշում է կայացվել քրեական գործով վարույթը կարճելու եւ փոքրիկին բուժօգնություն ցուցաբերած բուժաշխատողների նկատմամբ` քրեական հետապնդում չիրականացնելու մասին` նրանց արարքներում հանցակազմի բացակայության հիմքով:
