Արքայախնձոր` առողջ և բուժիչ սնունդ

Արքայախնձորը հայտնի է որպես արևադարձային դիետիկ միրգ: Այն օգտագործում են թարմ վիճակում, դրանից խատրաստում են պահածոներ և հյութ, ինչպես նաև օգտագործում են հրուշակեղենի պատրաստման ժամանակ:

Արքայախնձորը ծնունդով Բրազիլիայից է, որտեղից այն տարվել է այլ պետություններ: Արքայախնձորի պտուղները հիշեցնում են մեծ ձվաձև կոներ, որոնց քաշը հասնում է 1-2 կգ-ի: Նրանք հյութալի են, ունեն թթվաքաղցր համ և շատ բուրավետ են: Պտղի ներքին մասը պարունակում է 12-13% ածխաջրեր, որոնց շարքում գերակշռում է սախարոզան: Միրգը պարունակում է 1% կիտրոնաթթու և այլ օրգանական թթուներ, մեծ քանակությամբ վիտամին С , ինչպես նաև բրոմելայն` նյութ, որը բաղկացած է բուսական համալիր նյութերից և պարունակում է պեպսին և պապաին: Հանքային բաղադրիչներից արքայախնձորը պարունակում է կալիում և պղինձ:

Արքայախնձորի հյութի մեջ առկա բրոմելայնն ունի հակաբորբոքային հատկություններ և բարձրացնում է ֆերմենտատիվ ակտիվությունը: Ուստի, արքայախնձորի հյութը խորհուրդ են տալիս աղեստամոքսային տրակտի հիվանդությունների ժամանակ, ինչպես նաև մարսողության լավացման համար: Սակայն, քանի որ արքայախնձորի հյութն ավելացնում է ստամոքսահյութի թթվայնությունը, ապա ստամքոսի և տասներկումատնյա աղիքի խոցի, ինչպես նաև բարձր թթվայնությամբ գաստրիտի ժամանակ անանասի հյութի օգտագործումն անհրաժեշտ է սահմանափակել:
