Այս ընկույզն օգնում է նյութափոխանակության ախտանիշի, սիրտ-անոթային խնդիրների եւ տիպ 2 շաքարախտի կանխարգելմանն ու բուժմանը: Բացի այդ, հակաբորբոքային նյութերը առանձնահատուկ դեր ունեն առողջ ոսկորներ ունենալու համար, նպաստում են քաշի կորստին եւ ճարպակալման կանխարգելմանը: Ընկույզում պարունակվող հակաօքսիդանտները նվազեցնում են քաղցկեղի որոշ տեսակների, այդ թվում՝ շագանակագեղձի եւ կաթնագեղձի քաղցկեղի առաջացման հավանականությունը:

Նուշն օգտակար է հիպերտոնիայի, ճարպակալման, ստամոքսի եւ 12-մատնյա աղիի խոցի, ասթմայի, թոքաբորբի եւ այրոցի դեպքում: Դրանից բացի, քաղցը նուշը խոլեստերինի բարձր մակարդակի դեպքում աթերոսկլերոզի բուժման միջոց է համարվում:

Պնդուկը պարունակում է յուղ, օրգանական թթուներ, սպիտակուցներ, В1, В2, В6, Е վիտամիններ եւ մեծ քանակով օգտակար հանքանյութեր՝ կալիում, կալցիում, մագնիում, նատրիում, ցինկ եւ երկաթ:
Պնդուկն օգտակար է ճարպակալման կանխարգելման համար, շաքարախտի, քրոնիկական հոգնածության, վարիկոզի եւ զարկերակային հիպերտենզիայի դեպքում:
Գետընկույզ
Գետընկույզը լավ է ազդում հյուսվածքների ֆունկցիայի վրա, նպաստում է բջիջների աճին եւ թարմացմանը: Այն օգտագործվում է որպես լեղազատման միջոց: Կարծիք կա, որ գետընկույզը նպաստում է արյան մեջ խոլեստերինի մակարդակի նվազմանը, բարձրացնում է պոտենցիան եւ լիբիդոն:
