Այս դիետայի դեպքում հարկավոր է 3 օր շարունակ ուտել բրինձ, օրը 5-7 անգամ, փոքր չափաբաժիններով: Ընդմիջումների ժամանակ կերեք կանաչ խնձոր, խմեք կանաչ թեյ:

Սպիտակուցային դիետա

Ավելորդ կիլոգրամներից ազատվելու համար որքան հնարավոր է կրճատեք ածխաջրերի քանակը: Սննդաբանները խորհուրդ են տալիս մինչև 3 օր շարունակ ուտել հավի միս և օգտագործել ֆերմենտացված կաթնամթերք: Այս դիետային հետևելու համար հարկավոր է օրվա ընթացքում մի քանի անգամ հավի կրծքամիս ուտել, ընդմիջումներին՝ ցածր յուղայնությամբ կաթնաշոռ և կեֆիր:

Հունական դիետա

Այս դիետան կօգնի մաքրել աղիները: Հարկավոր է օրը 4 անգամ ուտել առանց աղի խաշած հնդկաձավար և խմել կեֆիր ու ջուր: Այս դիետան խորհուրդ չի տրվում շարունակել 3 օրից ավելի: Ավարտելուց հետո սնվեք բանջարեղենի աղցաններով ու խաշած մսով:

Դիետա «Խոզանակ»

Այս դիետայի հիմնական նպատակը օրգանիզմը մաքրելն ու մարսողությունը կարգավորելն է: Նախաճաշին պետք է ուտել խաշած և քերիճով անցկացրած ճակնդեղ՝ բուսայուղով, ճաշին՝ քերած գազարով աղցան, ընթրիքին՝ քերած կաղամբով աղցան: Դիետային հարկավոր է հետևել 2-3 օր:

Հետամանորյա վիտամինային դիետա

Այս դիետան նախորդների նման խիստ չէ: Այն, պարզապես, ճիշտ սնվելու միջոց է: Առավոտը սկսեք մեկ բաժին վարսակի շիլայով, ավելացրեք դրան մեկ գդալ մեղր և չիր: Խմեք սև, առանց շաքարի սուրճ: Ճաշին կերեք բանջարեղենի ապուր, մեկ կտոր հավի խաշած կրծքամիս: Արանքում կերեք տվյալ եղանակին հատուկ մրգեր: Ընթրիքին՝ մեկ կտոր խաշած ձուկ և որևէ աղցան: Այս դիետայի ժամանակ շատ կարևոր է բացառել ճարպոտ ու տապակած մթերքների գործածությունը, նվազագույնի հասցնել աղն ու շաքարը:
