Կանխվել է Թուրքիայից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների ներկրումը Հայաստան

ՀՀ Ազգային անվտանգության ծառայության իրականացրած օպերատիվ-հետախուզական միջոցառումների արդյունքում կանխվել է Թուրքիայից մաքսանենգ ճանապարհով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի թմրամիջոցների ներկրումը Հայաստան:
Ձեռք բերված նախնական տվյալների համաձայն` ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա. Հ.-ն, 2016թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ից գտնվելով Թուրքիայի Հանրապետության տարածքում, իրացնելու նպատակով ապօրինի ձեռք է բերել առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի` «հերոին» ու «մեթամֆետամին» տեսակի թմրամիջոցների խմբաքանակ և Ստամբուլ-Երևան չվերթով տեղափոխել Հայաստան: 2017թ. հունվարի 3-ին «Զվարթնոց» օդանավակայանում մաքսային հսկողության «կարմիր ուղին» հատելուց անմիջապես հետո այդ թմրամիջոցները հայտնաբերվել են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ աշխատակիցների կողմից:
Ինչպես հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԱԾ մամուլի կենտրոնից, առերևույթ հանցագործության դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 267.1-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 266-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 2-րդ կետով (իրացնելու նպատակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցներ ապօրինի ձեռք բերելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը և ՀՀ պետական սահմանով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով թմրամիջոցների մաքսանենգություն կատարելը):
Ա. Հ.-ն ձերբակալվել է, կատարվում է նախաքննություն: Միջոցներ են ձեռնարկվում ենթադրյալ հանցակիցներին բացահայտելու ուղղությամբ:
