Ամանորի այս օրերին օրգանիզմի բեռնաթափում կազմակերպելն անիմաստ է: Այս մասին «Առաջին լրատվական»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Հայկական դիետոլոգիական ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Գայանե Ղազարյանը:

Նրա խոսքով՝ ամանորյա այս օրերին թույլ ենք տալիս սխալներ, որոնք պետք է շտկել: Առաջին՝ տոնական արձակուրդներին՝ 10-12 օր, մարդիկ անընդհատ տանն են: Փոխարենը պետք է տաք հագնվել և դուրս գալ զբոսանքի, քանի որ ցուրտ եղանակին մեր օրգանիզմը արտադրում է էներգիա, և այդ էներգիան մեզ օգնում է այրել ճարպերը: Այնպես որ՝ խիստ անհրաժեշտ է տանը չնստել և դուրս գալ զբոսնելու:

Երկրորդ՝ մենք զբաղվում ենք շատակերությամբ, որովհետև անգործության ենք մատնված։ Եթե մենք որևէ սպորտով զբաղվենք, օրինակ՝ գնանք պարի կամ գնանք զբոսնելու, զբաղմունք գտնենք, այլևս չենք զբաղվի շատակերությամբ և անընդհատ չենք ցանկանա ուտել։ Հաջորդը սխալը. մենք բոլորս ուշ ենք քնում, գամված ենք հեռուստացույցի առջև, իսկ երբ մարդու քունը խախտվում է, խախտվում է նաև ճարպային նյութափոխանակությունը, ուստի ավելանում են մեր ավելորդ կիլոգրամները։ Հաջորդ սխալը. այս օրերին մենք քիչ ջուր ենք խմում, իսկ ջուրը այն կարևոր նյութն է, որ մասնակցում է մեր օրգանիզմի բոլոր պրոցեսներին։

Եթե մենք դա շտկենք, կշտկվի մեր սխալներից մեկը։ Եվ վերջինը. մենք պետք է չափավորենք մեր ուտելիքի չափաքանակը. «Ես կարող եմ մի այսպիսի հուշում անել. եթե ամեն մարդ իր ափի չափն իմանա, և ամեն անգամ ուտելու ժամին օգտագործի միայն այդ քանակությունը, ամեն ինչ նորմալ կլինի»։ Գայանե Ղազարյանի խոսքով՝ այս 5 սխալների շտկմամբ կարող ենք հասնել արդյունքի։

«Բեռնաթափման մասին դեռ շուտ է խոսելը, որովհետև միևնույն է՝ երբ սեղանները ճոխ են, բեռնաթափելով բռնանում ենք մեր օրգանիզմի վրա։ Միայն կարելի է քիչ-քիչ սննդակարգից հանել, ասենք, քաղցրավենիքը։ Իսկ բեռնաթափում կարելի է կազմակերպել արձակուրդի օրերն ավարտվելուց հետո։ Շաբաթական 1-2 օր օգտագործում ենք մոնոդիետա։

Ընտրում ենք որևէ սննդամթերք, որը շատ ենք սիրում, օրինակ՝ խնձոր, ճակնդեղ, ցանկացած սննդամթերք մեկ կգ-ի չափով, բաժանում ենք այն 5 մասի և օրվա ընթացքում օգտագործում ենք միայն դա։ Իհարկե, ջուրը չենք մոռանում»,- հավելեց նա:
