Դիտե՞լ եք «Կրկնակի չափաբաժին» ֆիլմը, որտեղ գլխավոր հերոսը՝ լրագրող Մորգան Սպերլոկը, որշել էր ցնցող փորձարկում կատարել: Մեկ ամիս շարունակ ֆիլմի հերոսը պարտավոր էր միայն ֆասթֆուդ ուտել, և ոչ մի ուրիշ բան:
Բացի այն, որ նա հազիվ դիմացավ այդ 30 օրերին, նա նաև առողջական խնդիրներ ձեռք բերեց (այդ ամբողջ ընթացքուն նա բժշկի վերահսկողության տակ եղել): Այդ դաժան փորձարկումից հետո իր նախկին տեսքը վերականգնելու համար Մորգանին պահանջվեց ավելի քան 2,5 տարի…
Բայց այսօր նրա մասին չէ, որ ուզում ենք խոսել, այլ Այովա նահանգի դպրոցի ուսուցչի՝ Ջոն Ցիսնուի մասին, ում այնքան է ոգևորել այդ ֆիլմը, որ նա որոշել է կրկնել այդ մահացու փորձարկումը: Բայց, ի տարբերություն լրագրողի, Ջոնը չի գիրացել, այլ ընդհակառակը, նիհարել է 16 կիլոգրամով, 30 օրվա ընթացքում:
Մի մտածեք, ոչ մի հնարք այստեղ չկա: Նախաճաշերը, ճաշերը և ընթրիքները Ջոնն իրոք կերել է «Մակդոնալդս»-ում և նմանատիպ վայրերում: Ուղղակի ուսուցիչն իր առջև խիստ սահմանափակում է դրել. Չուտել 2000 կալորիայից ավել, մեկ օրվա ընթացքում:
Այս ամենն այնքան դուր եկավ Ջոնին և հեգեհարազատ դարձավ, որ նա շարունակեց իր դիետան նույն կերպ: Արդյունքում՝ մինուս 28 կիլոգրամ, 180 օրվա ընթացքում:
Բացի այդ Ջոնը՝ ի տարբերություն Մորգանի, չէր հրաժարվել ֆիզիկական ծանրաբեռնվածությունից և սպորտից: Ամեն օր նա 45 րոպե հատկացնում էր քայլելուն:
Նա խոստովանում է, որ նախկինում երբեք չի հաշվել իր օգտագործած կալորիաների քանակը, իսկ այս փորձարկումից հետո այդ օգտակար սովորությունը պահպանվել է: Ավելորդ չի լինի նշել, որ Ջոնի աշակերտները նույնպես ակտիվ մասնակցություն են ցուցաբերում իրենց ուսուցչի մարտահրավերում:
Եվս մեկ հանգամանք. Ողջ սնունդը Ջոնն անվճար է ստացել: «Մակդոնալդս»-ի սեփականատերն այնքան ոգևորված և հետաքրքրված է եղել դրական արդյունքով, որ պատրաստ է եղել վճարել այդ ողջ ընթացքում:

Այս փորձարկումը ևս մեկ անգամ ապացուցում է այն պարզ ճշմարտությունը, որ բանը միայն նրանում չէ, թե դուք ինչ եք ուտում, այլ նաև խելամիտ մոտեցման մեջ է:
