Ամանորին հնարավորինս քիչ օգտվել վերելակից, շատ քայլել, քիչ-քիչ ուտել: Սա «Հիվանդությունների վերահսկման և կանխարգելման ազգային կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի գլխավոր տնօրենի տեղակալ Նունե Բակունցի խորհուրդն է:
«Ինչպես հայտնի է՝ ճոխ սեղաններ են, բոլորը հյուրասիրում են և մարդիկ սովորականից ավելի շատ են ուտում: Այստեղ ինչ խորհուրդ կարող եմ տալ։ Նախ պետք է ուտել քիչ-քիչ, եթե ուզում եք ամեն ինչից փորձել, երկրորդը` ընդհանուր ուտեստների մեջ հնարավորինս շատ բանջարեղենային ուտեստներ կերեք: Նաև մենք այս օրերին տնից տուն ենք այցելում, ես կառաջարկեի այդ ճանապարհը կտրել հնարավորինս ոտքով, ոչ թե տրանսպորտով կամ մեքենայով: Այսինքն` ընթացքում մենք ապահովենք որոշակի ֆիզիկական ակտիվություն և ավելորդ կալորիաները կարողանանք սպառել»,- Tert.am-ին ներկայացրեց բժիշկը:
Նույն նպատակով` վերջինս առաջարկում է հարևաններին հյուր գնալիս բարձրանալ աստիճաններով, ոչ թե օգտվել վերելակից և, իհարկե, պարել:
«Անպայման պետք է նշեմ, որ ցանկացած ալկոհոլային խմիչք լրացուցիչ կալորիա է և նպաստում է ավելորդ քաշին: Դրա համար կոչ եմ անում, չափի մեջ լինել և չչարաշահել և՛ ուտելիքը, և՛ խմիչքը և՛ հատկապես քաղցրեղենը»,-ասում է Նունե Բակունցը:
Նա հիշեցնում է, որ Նոր տարվա տոնի նպատակն ուտելը չէ, այլ «լավ տրամադրությամբ, առանց թունավորումների ու գիրանալու դիմավորել Նոր տարին»:
