Բնավորությունը կախված է արյան խմբից: Ճապոնացիների համար արյան խումբը շատ կարևոր է: Ճապոնիայում, կա գիտություն , որը ընդունվում է ամբողջ աշխարհում: Նրանց համար արյան խմբերը այլ մարդկանց հետ համատեղելիության համար շատ կարևոր են: Իրականում արյան խմբի հարցը աշխատանքի ընդունվելիս էլ է կարևորվում:
ճապոնական ընկերությունները ընտրում են տարբեր արյան խմբերի մարկանց համար տարբեր սնունդ, տարբեր ըմպելիքներ և անգամ տարբեր մաստակներ: Սա հիմք է դրվել 1972 թվականին, երբ Ֆուրակվա Տակեժին հայտնաբերեց, որ իր ուսանողների արյան խումբը ազդում է բնավորության վրա:

ԱՌԱՋԻՆ ԽՈՒՄԲ: ՈՐՍՈՐԴ
Առաջին խմբի մարդիկ շփվող են, արատահայտիչ: Նրանք կարող են ոգեշնչել մարդկանց և նրանցից սովորաբար լիդերներ են ստացվում: Սովորաբար մարդիկ սիրում են իրենց հետ շփվել, հպարտանում են դրանով: Առաջին խմբ արյուն ունեցող մարդիկ վստահ են իրենց ուժերին, բարյացակամ են և օգնում են ուրիշներին: Քանի,որ առաջին խմբի մարդիկ սիրում են հաղթել, նրանց համար լավագույն աշխատանքը բիզնեսմեն կամ սպորտսմեն լինելն է: Նրանց համար կարևորը այն է, որ աշխատանքի մեջ մրցակցելու հանարվորություն լինի:

Համարվում է, որ այս մարդիկ լուրջ են և հույզերը կայուն են: Նրանք ուրիշների դուրը գալիս են, քանի որ երբեք չեն նյարդայնանում: Ուժեղ են, ձգտում են ամենինչ լավ անել և փոքր-ինչ ամաչկոտ են: Նրանք երբեմն հակում ունեն ստի: Չնայած դրան, նրանք անկեղծ են ընկերների և գործընկերների հետ: Այս մարդիկ գիտեն գաղտնիք պահել, բայց երբեմն չեն կարողանում ճիշտ արտահայտել ույզերը:

Այս մարդիկ տարբերվում են հետաքրքրասիրությամբ և հոգատարությամբ: Նրանք պաշտպանում են ոչ միայն իրենց հետաքրքրությունները, այլ ուրիշներինը ևս: Հեշտ են գրգռվում: Երրորդ խմբի արյուն ունեցող մարդիկ անկախություն են սիրում, երբեմն զգայուն և անկանխատեսելի են:

Այս մարդիկ ինչպես կանոն անկանխատեսելի են և չեն սիրում միանմանություն: Եթե ինչ-որ բան են անում, ապա կլանվում են աշխատանքի մեջ: Նրանք լավ են գումար աշխատում, տեսնում են հնարավորություն այնտեղ, որտեղ ուրիշները չեն տեսնում: Ընդհանուր առմամբ այս մարդիկ ուշադիր են և պահանջկոտ: Կարելի է ասել, որ արյան խմբերը մեզ միավորում են և միաժամանակ բաժանում: Դրանց դերը մեր բնավորության կազմավորման մեջ մեծ է, դա ընդունում են նաև այլ գիտնականներ:
